Mind-set in concrete

We have had a very disappointing experience with Mindsets. Having seen a particular item on line we place a substantial order. To our disappointment, the items delivered was similar but not the same as illustrated. The goods sent differed in a material way which was fundamental to us.

After an initial refusal, they accepted that the goods could be returned but contrary to their published terms the decline to refund the cost of the return. There was no meaningful communication, just a take it or leave it attitude.
