Amazing shop. They had everything I needed at great price. Their costumer service was really quick, the parts I ordered came in 4 working days. If I could find any bad thing is that shipping is a little too much expensive but everything else is 10/10.

I ordered a set of PC components for building a gaming PC last two weeks from Mindfactory AG. The delivery was reasonable on-time and there was no goods damage. I am satisfied with what I ordered. However, I returned some components due to better models, which Mindfactory AG does not offer. They did refund me in a reasonable time frame.

Order was not shipped 3 weeks after payment. No response to phone or mail enquiries. Resolved via paypal claim. No reply, no excuse, nothing.
Pay a little extra and take your business elsewhere.

when you buy they advertise it "same day delivery"
in the contract they say "same day is not always possible" - ofcourse they are not talking about weekends (weekends make sense).
If you could not guarantee what you promise, it means you are stealing money.

Ordered parts for a full PC build on Sunday evening and opted for the "Service Level Gold" option. The order was processed and delivery tracking created by Monday morning. Impressed by the speed! Also opted for the UPS Express option, received all parts by Tuesday afternoon and writing this review on Tuesday evening from the finished PC! Prices were definitely among the cheapest and all the parts worked flawlessly. Would definitely reconsider for future shoppping for electronics.

Ordered a full build PC 3 weeks ago. It too two weeks to just send out the pc. I sent 3 emails over the course of a week to check what is going on, no reply. After 3 extra days of UPS delay I got the PC. Immediately, the Cooler Master AIO is making loud ticking noise at the pump. Based on research it is a common problem of this product with many people having the same.
But the problem is I paid 140 euros extra as a service to have it checked and installed. This is exactly what I paid the extra money for, to receive a working product. Then I contacted them for exchange, again no response. Now I am very frustrated.
Price of the products are competitive in Germany. Return policy is good. But the general custom service, or the lack of is less so.

I ordered a good amount of items, some of which were available in stock and ready for shipment by the time I placed my order. Of all items that are available, the smallest components are constantly awaiting shipment. It's been three weeks now and I cannot build a new Desktop because the same item is still awaiting shipment. No contact info as to why I do not receive the parts that are available or even a info when I can expect to get the whole set.
Contact support just keeps me informed by stating that the parts are not available yet. Still on the edge of deciding between cancelling the order altogether or just awaiting the shipment (hopefully this year soon) and never buying from that store again.
There is a reason why bigger shops and e-commerce giants are so successful.

I ordered an entire computer here piece by piece and the GPU and memory card stopped working within less than 10 hours of use. All in all it took a month to get them both replaced and they never covered my extra shipping costs. Because the GPU broke, I could only tell the memory card was broken as well only once I got the GPU replaced, which meant I had to get them replaced seperately and pay more for shipping because of that. Now, I can forgive part of the shipping costs, as I did order through a middle man and they couldn't cover them becuase the items were returned from a different address, but the fact that 2 items broke and the month of inconvenience it all caused made this a horrible experience.

Hello everyone. I'm a new customer of mind factory and my first purchase I submitted a payment for the product. Emails are quite delayed . I still have hope the product will be fulfilled. Also purchased service level gold so its kind of disappointing. My status of my order is still open even after payment submission. I'm so confused. Never seen a company operate this way. On 6.4. I ordered PC parts + PC Case which was supposed to be in stock within 2-4 days
Today is 21.4. and after many exchanged e-mails, the company still ignores me.
From 6.4. to 21.4. Ive sent the company numerous mails asking when will my PC case be available and they kept saying "next day". Today, after more than 2 weeks, I told them to give me a replacement PC case (which is about 15 EUR more expensive) if my ordered PC isnt ready to be shipped and because they have been fooling with me for far too long.
Also they arent reachable by phone - I know they will make up the "coronavirus" excuse, as they do in all of their emails.
Not to mention the fact that Ive been bugging them to stop lying and sent the ordered PC-case and they kept postponing it for 2+ weeks and finally they just removed the item from their website and said it is not available any more. What the hell??? If they have problems with their supplier they shouldnt have lie to their customer but resolve the issue with their supplier.
They simply ignored the question and told me to make additional payment in order to ship items today.

Edit 3: If this can be resolved in this week through TrustedPilot and with your colleagues, I will rate experience a bit better than 1/5 as deserved. However, your colleagues always answer within 1-2 hours when I ask multiple questions in the same mail so they can pick which question to answer and ignore the rest which are usually even more imporant. But when I simply send 1 question in 1 mail, such as "will you actually get the PC case I ordered", I do not receive an answer. Whoever is replying to TrustedPilot, get in contact with whoever is handling my mails and tell them to call me +386 (0)69 929 037 and we can resolve the issue as I want some direct answers which I cannot get through the emails.

Edit 4: This is the last e-mail i sent to your colleagues "Can you tell me what is up with Lian Li case then, when will it arrive and be ready to ship? I have no other case to pick except CORSAIR 460X. This one without tax is 12 EUR more expensive than the Lian Li case I ordered. I think it is fair that you replace the Lian Li with this case and ship the order today. Considering the fact that Ive ordered Lian Li case because wait time was 2-4 days and not 2+ weeks. I will also change the TrustedPilot review if we can reach a fair agreement. I need this PC to work on during quarantine and its already 2 weeks in and I have to use my outdated laptop… postponing the shipment is causing me damage since I cant work as fast as I could on a new PC. Ok the case has been shipped today at 17:21. I thank Mindfactory.de for responsive theyve done after the review here, so I am sticking to my part of the deal and giving it another positive review. However, I am still waiting for them to ship other parts - currently theyve shipped only the case: CPU, ram, HDD, SSD, PSU, fans and some other minor stuff still have to be shipped.

EDIT 8: Today is 23.4. All other parts were listed as in stock on 7.4. and PC Case was listed as "will be in stock within 2-4 days", however yesterday on 22.4. the PC case has been shipped and other parts, which were all "allegedly" in stock, still havent been shipped, And in exchange of my e-mails with Mindfactory.de from 7.4. to 22.4. they have stated multiple times that items are available.
Did they lie even about other items?

Edit: even after customer service claimed they were working on processing my refund, they've yet to issue it more than a week later. It's almost as though they just say they're working on it to get customers to be quiet. I'm issuing a charge-back through my bank as it's evidently the only way I'll ever get my money back.
Possibly the worst customer service and customer experience around.
During checkout I entered a new delivery address as I had moved since last I'd ordered from them. After confirming my order and finishing my transaction, I noticed that the address had reverted to my old one, so I tried to contact them before it was shipped. Evidently even if you enter in a new address, it doesn't confirm right away and instead they have to manually confirm the change on their end. This isn't made clear during the checkout process.
They replied the following day to let me know that it had been shipped and that they could not change the address, but that I could cancel the order and repurchase it at a later date. Mindfactory put in a return order directly to DHL, who then delivered it back to them, meaning I never had the package nor was there an attempt to deliver it to me.
Now, a week after they received the item back from DHL I have yet to get any sort of confirmation as to the status of my return, and any and all emails have been blatantly ignored.
As it stands, Mindfactory has stolen 439€ from me.
I'll never be ordering from them again.

Totally weird experience. Few points to note, why the order had problems due my actions.
1. We had wrong address in order, but it was fixed within one day by me.
You would expect they contact you and ask to re-check this, however what happen is following:
1. They freeze your order.
2. They did not contact us about having problems with the order at all.
3. Their customer service put you to wait on the line like 1-2 hours and basically after that they ask you send again email to the customer service.
So meaning: I noticed one of my two orders with different accounts were showing different status: One was shipped one was still in "paid" mode. So I decided contact then and ask what is wrong. I opened Live chat, waited literally over a hour for answer.
What I got there, there was problems with the order and I should contact their support. They did not contact me about this nor told what was wrong with the order until I contacted them with email to given email, not email showing on their site.
The response on the email was, there was wrong address between the EU system and profile information. So I fixed the EU system address there, even tough the first address was totally legit according to local authorities.
After this started the cat-mouse hunt. I ask them to re-check, they reject. This happen about 2-3 times. I literally provided them also access to local authorities system, where they could see all information and also tell what is exact problem with the order.
We DID NOT get even exact problem to our knowledge as MF declined to disclose the full problem with the order with us. This is totally meaning, they just want run you trough their own machine and waste your time. It was totally cat-mouse experience where I have updated information as correct based on their live chat instructions where the email guy gives us following generic response
"Dear customer,
Please change the data in the customer account.
Best regards"
Last time I literally was 2 hours in the live chat queue and one guy said I need to answer to email, which I had already answered, and that email was again one of those generic ones. They said, one of the supervisors will contact and solve, this however, this never happen.
Also as last resort as they were no more answering the emails nor the live chat, I tried to call them. They did not pick up, probably due they already knew the number. They are totally most unprofessional customer support experience ever!
Due they did not answer me anymore I had to open PayPal case about this, which they surprisingly did answer and refund the order via the case, not by email, live-chat or phone.
So, I will HIGHLY TO NOT ORDER from here. I have made over 100 orders within last 6 years and now with new company account, this happen. No thanks anymore.

Address was checked from EU system, Finnish YTJ and it was matching. It was updated into correct one. Also your generic and lazy responses did not help at all. And neither the facr you DID NOT contact us about frozen order.
