Pravin and his staff are always excellent. They are polite and professional and always willing to help. My family and I have been using this jewellers for years because they are trustworthy and competent. The relationships they build are an essential part of the reason we do business with them. Minar Jewellers are just brilliant. I have worked with Pravin and Jaysal a number of times and each time they have designed and delivered absolutely beautiful pieces of bespoke and perfectly crafted jewellery. The most recent piece is a stunning ring which has bought together some old diamonds from an existing ring of mine and a pink spinel I purchased while travelling and I love it!

Excellent and Professional, Trustworthy, Personalised customer care in short. I would highly recommend this Jewellers for the care they take in ensuring each and every customer is dealt with the highest standards. Their honest opinion is exemplar. They put customer care over and above their own profit margin. We had a custom built piece of jewellary and the time and effort Donika put in is outstanding. Somehow we were always late and still she was there explaining the craftsmanship and and giving her advise as a professional. She also ensured she got the advise from Mr Praveen when needed . Mr Praveen himself was extremely helpful in giving his comments about the design we wanted. The staff were professional in every way and I have to repeat personalised designer customer care in every way. Should I comment about the Chai- yes of course. !!! excellent as well!!
We are extremely happy with the craftsmanship as well. All in all again Excellent .

Gold star delight
Had the pleasure of being served by Pravin on my first visit who helped me to design a bespoke bracelet for myself. His knowledge and experience is 2nd to none. He explained the whole process in great detail and his customer service was exemplary. On the day of collection i was served by Donika, who again was flawless in service. She showed my the bracelet they had created for me to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. The whole process from start to finish was great and! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

What an amazing jeweller💥My partner 1st found Minar & met Jaysal to buy my incredible diamond engagement ring. We then had the pleasure of designing our wedding bands, using diamonds from my mother’s old rings. They did such a great job & exchanged gold etc to reduce the already reasonable cost. We loved that experience so much , we then designed a pendant using very special gems. All the staff are so talented and kind. We absolutely recommend anyone to use & enjoy going to Minar.
