Recently bought x2 dry robes in my local Millets in Hitchin. Professional, knowledgeable & helpful customer service given by all staff every time I go in there. If I'd needed to replace/refund, the process was explained to me & having it locally would have made it so easy. Luckily didn't need to. Thank you Millets, great service & I'll continue to keep my business local because of shops like you 😃

I bought a coat and a pair of trainers at
hitchin fillets I arsk for size 9 they gave me 1 to try on because I have flat feed and thick socks on it felt ok I tired them on went got back I look at the recipe it says si11 it took them back the man who gave them admitted he gave me them they would not give me my money back I will never buy anything againe

Tamsin was very knowledgeable and made choosing my new walking boots very easy. She answered all my questions and was very patient a as I walked around. I chose the Scarpa boots and the price was competitive compared to online - the buying experience was much more enjoyable. Very imprepssed!
