Great service and very helpful in all the things we wanted. Sorry to hear its closing, we used it many times over the years. It will be very inconvenient now to shop as we shall have to travel a half hour to find something similar. No more dropping in when we are in town.

The staff have always been very helpful at this branch in Fleet, Hants. I am very happy with today's purchases.
We have shopped here for over 30 years and the staff have always been very helpful, especially when we've needed walking boots.
Such a shame that the branch is closing, it will be missed.

I’ve rarely met a retailer with such comprehensive knowledge of their products and inexhaustible patience with an indecisive shopper. I had personal shopper service for over an hour. Customer responsiveness at its best. Why oh why is this shop closing?

I purchased some good walking boots
I needed some good walking boots or shoes. Suzannah assisted me and was very patient and knowledgeable as I tried on several boots. Thanks to her advice I was able to buy some great boots and walking socks. She is an excellent member of staff for Millets and I am very grateful for her help.

I was served by Keira who showed considerable product knowledge and gave me exceptional advise. The store was well laid out and there were some excellent offers available. Although I didn’t spend much on this visit, I have every intention of returning to this store to buys boots and socks

Walking footwear
Suzannah and Keira made my visit to Millets in Fleet a very welcome and pleasant experience.
