Excellent, friendly service. I called in this afternoon to see what was available for leather belts. There were none obvious so I asked the staff at the desk. The response was excellent, the man immediately checked my requirements, disappeared for two minutes and reappeared with what I was looking for. At no point was I put under pressure to buy or made to feel a nuisance.

Fareham branch. Assistant very helpful but did not have stock in my size and IT issues meant they could not order for collection in store. So, I had to order on-line which could mean fewer sales by the shop and another store closure. Please don't let this happen.

Service was good .. different sizes tried on..range of products was ok... One make of boot didn't have a great range of sizes but we preferred a different boot in the end

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant.
Lauren at the Fareham store was most helpful with great knowledge and advice.
She offered a range of suitable items and even found the last item in the sale which fitted my needs perfectly. I ended up paying less than I had expected to for a much higher spec item.
