Helpful staff. Good prices.
I've been numerous times to Millets EG. I always get very helpful staff who know the products well and one who kindly told my that National Trust members get a discount. Today it was Millie who helped as I bought sandals and replaced trainers

Gavin was amazing
Gavin was amazing. Helped me pick a rucksack, fit it and had lots of useful advice. He was very knowledgeable. He also gave me a quick lesson on how to map read with the new compass I bought! The shop also looks very good since its revamp and reorg.

Very Helpful and friendly team and great store
The Manager Jonny was super helpful on product knowledge and assisted me well throughout .

Great service, boots not so good
The server was very helpful and brought lots of boots for me to try. Gave great practical advice too.
Unfortunately the Peter Storm boots are rubbish! A shoelace retainer broke within weeks but the worst part is how much they make your feet sweat.
Better off buying Skechers for the sane price which also fall apart quickly, but are at least comfortable!
