We had are car stolen into and nobody was able to help I called the customer service number they didn’t do shit sounded useless the cops around the area not one of them came when we asked for one and they have cameras these garages are just useless deserving of a one star do better!!

I ordered parking in Millennium Garages during the Chicago Marathon, but due to the marathon the streets were closed and I couldn’t reach the parking garage. After contacting support, the money was refunded.
