Nice early delivery. Certain items can be too expensive. Online ordering can be a bit of a job at times

Delivery always made very early in the morning, always correct. Very easy to manage account on line.

We even had compost delivered in the spring, very good product too.

I don't find the website good at all - particularly for amending / pausing orders. It just doesn't work!

The deliveries can also be 'too early' ie 1- 2am meaning in hot weather it sits outside several hours and doesn't keep well. Generally reliable though

Fresh milk every other day. Always delivered before breakfast. Glass bottles returned for re use (although occasionally some are beyond reuse scratched by crates). I love my milk.

I had an amazing experience with Lila and Jelena! They were amazing and helped me throughout the whole process. Super sweet girls and I am so glad to have met them!!

I have been using Milk & More for over 2 years, their food & Milk and other products are outstanding as the service, always delivered on set days and the web site is great should you need to change your order ,

Milk often goes sour. It’s delivered at around 1am at room temperature and goes off pretty quickly compared with store bought milk. We often have to throw some of the milk away after 2-3 days even if we get it in the fridge straight away. Suspect the vans aren’t refrigerated and the delivery routes are long.

Easy to use website. Delivery always prompt. Just wish my delivery driver didn't speed away from my house.

Deliveries are good.
When I requested a refund because a bottle of milk was off before its use by date there was no problem getting that sorted.

Very reliable service.
Great to have fresh milk and orange delivered to doorstep on a regular basis.
Easy payment by direct debit and easy to cancel service when on holiday.

nice delivery time always on time ,right products and very regular,before I have to shop for milk weekly 2 or 3 times.but now I am very happy to receive on door step very early morning,and happy with service too.

Milk delivered every day. No problems. Also contacted police when he found I had inadvertently left my front door open when I wasn’t there overnight. All ended well though

Graham, my milkman is excellent and any errors are nothing to do with him. For the past two weeks I have received double my order. Phone calls to milk and more make no difference. They say there is a glitch in the system and I was told today that I had actually doubled my order. I had my screen in front of me which proved that to be rubbish. Whether I am charged or not is not the point. I simply don't have room.

I've had Milk and More for many years now - 15+ - and they are always so very reliable. I can order during the evening if I need to, for delivery early the next morning. I absolutely love the convenience and the trustworthy service I always receive.

My milk is delivered 3 times a week in the early hours of the morning by a very quiet person whom I have never met! Although my bedroom is next to the porch, my order is placed in the cool bag provided as requested, the empty bottles collected, silently.
I am also able to add items to my delivery up to the evening before it is due which I find very helpful.

This is a great company who do exactly what they say they will and are efficient and trustworthy.
