Perfectly proportioned “pour les petites pièces”
I live in a very small but comfortable Parisian apartment and recently decided to squeeze in a not very small and rather imposing piano. (Musical happiness!) Sadly, my sleeper couch had to go to make room.
I spent ages trawling online and visiting (the obvious) furniture stores, convinced that I would be able to find a small but comfortable couch to fit in my small but comfortable apartment. The demand for small and comfortable must surely be huge and profitable in Paris. But the only things small were not comfortable and the only things comfortable were large and overpriced. I stumbled on Miliboo almost accidentally after walking out of another store just across the street at pretty much the moment I was about to give up.
What a great choice. Not only did they have a small and comfortable couch, but they had them in a large and varying number of styles! The sales guy was super helpful. Although perhaps a teeny bit pushy, and he did promise an extra discount if I ordered that evening which he didn’t actually apply. But… despite that minor niggle… I now have a charmingly small but comfortable sofa, a lovely small but comfortable armchair and a relaxingly small but comfortable foot rest, all comfortably fitting in next to my large but imperative piano. I am exceedingly happy with all my purchases.

And the point remains that a survey doesn’t need to be sent until items received whether it was a missed appointment or other reasons. One cannot review a product that they haven’t yet seen

This is the reason why you were not delivered.
It says that a new appointment has been made for 4 June between 8am and 10am. If you are unable to attend, please contact the carrier to change the appointment.

Avoid. Both products not as advertised on website. Rug was clearly a second, defective product, as the cut meant the design was asymmetric and nothing like the image on the website. Customer service post sales ignored the photos and feedback, insisting the client pays 114 euros to return the product.
The sofa is white/cream in their marketing but actually very beige in reality. Currently using consumer law to assert my rights but really the products are nothing like advertised and post sales service appalling, obviously.
