SCAM Instagram Advert for DPF Faults Claim I fell for it, put my car reg in and up pops £11-13k then asked for details from me & my email address. Then it says my claim has been accepted but in reality it a waiting list for IF a claim is ever brought forward. In order for us to check the website you signed up to via an Instagram advertisement is legitimately connected to our Firm, please could you confirm by email which website you were directed to and gave your details to, and if you have any screenshots of the advertisement and/or website, please do send these to us so that we can then investigate the legitimacy of the website and confirm if it is related to our JLR DPF claim.
Further, please do email our dedicated Client Care team at clientcare@milberg.co.uk with the email address that you used to sign up to the JLR DPF claim. If you did sign up with us, this will assist us in locating your claim and we can then better answer any queries you may have. Our clients receive periodic case updates by email, so please do check your spam/junk folders for this.
Finally, we represent many thousands of clients on this specific group litigation claim. Whilst your individual claim may have been added amongst our wider client base, the wider litigation process can be slow-moving. This is the intrinsic nature of group litigation. We estimate claims take 3 to 5 years. All claims are dealt with simultaneously within these group litigation claims. Yes, unfortunately the litigation process is intrinsically slow, not least because this is the largest group action working its way through the Court system at the moment. We estimate claims take 3 to 5 years. No claimants in the Group Litigation Order have received compensation yet as the central case against Mercedes-Benz is on-going.
