Took forever. Questionnaires galore. Then I get an email telling me I’ve won. Won what? No other emails to advise on settlement?

Handled my case, they did keep me informed how far the case was at regular times, The amount of compensation I received was less than I expected. Reading all the hype made people were going to potentially get thousands, but sadly this was not in my case But what I did get was welcome extra money but not what I expected.

Did everything that needed doing and took away any strain that I would otherwise have had.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication. Repeatedly asking for the same information (which we sent several times). Repeatedly ignoring information provided. We were very specific about contact information and Payee information, which was not passed to the payment processing company correctly. The whole process was an unnecessarily stressful process. We were grateful to get some pennies in compensation, but the process and communication could be so much more efficient / better.
