I received a refund from a order I cancelled because it wouldn’t arrive in time and I wake up the next day after receiving the refund to be charged again!

BEWARE!!! Terrible experience! Do not order from this company! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. Color was not even close to the website. I was expecting a plum color dress, and it is a slate gray. I emailed explaining I would like to return. They replied, they can refund you 20% product fee($21) and I wouldn't have to return the package. I declined their offer as I paid a total of 152.00 with the shipping cost and insurance. They sent me the address and told me to pay for shipping and send them the receipt with the tracking number. I paid 33.00 to send the dress back and provided the receipt to them. 7 months later, finally someone replied to my several inquiry emails and said they never received my email with the receipt/tracking number. I resent the original email with no responds, it has been 2 months and the dress was redelivered to my home. I went to the post office to inquire why my package was undeliverable and their response was the company did not accept it!!!

First, I have checked your order and can confirm that the color you selected was slate grey. As a standard procedure, after completing your order, we send an order confirmation email to your inbox for you to verify your order details, including the size and color of the product, as well as your shipping address and contact number. If any discrepancies are found, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team promptly.
Secondly, I have reviewed your order communication history. After our customer service team sent you the authorized RMA number and return address on April 11th, we did not receive any emails from you regarding the return until you inquired about it on August 10th.
Furthermore, on August 12th, we requested the return information again in order to verify and process your refund as soon as possible. Before your inquiry on January 4, 2025, we had not received any further information about the return.
Lastly, as the color of the product we shipped matches your order details and our wedding dresses are custom-made, we currently do not offer free try-on services.
Thank you for your understanding.

Horrible company, will scam you when they have the opportunity, don’t try to return anything first it’s not free (it’s in Hong Kong so very expensive) and if you try to cheap out with the send watch out they will not refund you without a tracking number

Shit quality of fabric and horribly sewn! Customer service told me to pay return shipping fee to China when i asked for a refund for the defected item. Moreover, from the refund money that i shouldve gotten, they deducted a shipping fee for sending the item! In the end I had to pay £80 for the shipping fee to get a refund (which doesn't include this money) now I've wasted all that money for nothing. I do not recommend buying anything from them, be careful.
Customer service very unhelpful.

Dreadful quality and overpricee
I have never been so disappointed, my wife bought a pair of shoes for nearly £50, they turned up looking like a £9.99 pair from a high street budget shoe shop. There is no quality to speak of and they don't look like the image used on the website. Absolute waste of money, I would not buy again if the shoes were £1 a pair with free shipping.

I bought a pair of boots and part of the heel broke off after a few months. Thinking this was coincidental, I bought a second pair. The same thing happened with the second pair. I reached out to customer service to see what my options were and they were more than helpful. I was willing to get a replacement piece for the part that broke, but they are sending me a brand new pair instead with no charge. They were prompt and had excellent customer service while standing behind their product!

Terrible Service
My customer service experience with them was terrible. I picked the dress I did because it said it would ship within 24 hours. It SUPPOSEDLY shipped 5 days later! But then it didn't have tracking info indicating that it was actually shipped for several more days. All I asked for in return was a refund of the shipping cost only, and they refused.

Milanoo was the worst online shopping…
Milanoo was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I mistakenly thought it was an American company, but the cheaply made products from China proved me wrong. The boots I bought were so awful that I returned them, but the shipping cost back to China was a ridiculous £32 on top of the original £70 price. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent, with no email address or any way to contact them. This lack of communication even limits which couriers you can use for returns. Avoid Milanoo at all costs!

Scam
Scam! Paid for shoes £63+£20 for shipping (supossed to be 2weeks, I was waiting a month). Finally shoes arrived (you guess, nothing like the picture, I ordered size bigger but shoe size is 2sizes smaller than I ordered). They ask me to prove it all of that, I provided with pictures as the shoes are sooooo bad quality. Finally after back and forth for weeks they provided me with adress I can return the goods (turn out that shipping cost is £33)! This is a joke. Shoes end up in the bin! Scam as hell. Don’t buy from them!
