The sales associates were super nice and helpful. They helped me get matched to a pair of shoes that fit me super well and gave me really helpful feedback and didn't let me leave with a pair that were ill-fitting. Great experience, would go back 100% and will buy more during another sale!

I loved my Sigrid boots but unfortunately the zipper broke after circa 6 months of use. I was so pleased with the customer service: everything went smoothly, replies within hours, I felt immediately understood and helped, they kept me updated throughout the process of shipping to Portugal and the repair, and I had my boots back within three weeks.
It was in such contrast with an other recent experience where a boot of a high end designer store was defect and I eventually waited for six months whilst I had to ask them for any communication with me. I really think good customer care makes a brand and it shows that Miista, although they are huge and continue to grow, care about their clients and their products! Thanks :))))

Just purchased my first pair of MIISTA…
Just purchased my first pair of MIISTA online. My daughter, a shoe designer, introduced me to this brand when in London when we visited the shop in Sloane square. The models are really appealing and the material very good quality so Once back in Rome I wanted to try my first purchase. It was really easy to choose and to order on their site and I am actually waiting to receive my pair of suede shoes. I will keep you posted once I get them.

Miista store in BCN was insane !
I loved visiting the store in Barcelona, I always bought shoes online before !
