Huge decline in customer care
Miin was my first supplier and the only one I've stayed loyal to since 2020. Recently Miin has added a large number of brands to their portfolio and the customer service has been steadily eroding. There is a revolving door of country contacts, so it feels very impersonal. I'm still waiting for a reply to an email (which involves a problem with one of their own brands' products) for almost 1 week now. Yet as soon as you place an order they contact you immediately for the payment. It never used to be this bad. I'm considering cutting ties altogether because I'm just constantly disappointed and feel abandoned. There are so many Korean wholesale companies out there now, Miin doesn't seem to care.

Communication could be better
I was ordering from the UK. The price marked on the website had some discrepancies with the invoice, so do your check and due diligence. The payment didn't go very smooth as there was problem with the first account they provided and had to switch to another account. This caused some delay in confirming the order and confusion in payment currency. Overall the staff was supportive, but the communication could be more efficient, so do expect a slightly longer lead time.

I loved finding a lot of testers inside.It helped me sell more.Next time,please try to put inside testers of what we order,too.
