Unfortunately, the household battery of the car we rented for a month broke down. They can't help it, because things like this happen. They took care of replacing it, which went perfectly, but by the time they managed to replace the battery, we had to camp at least 5 times in a campsite that we paid for unnecessarily. They promised on the phone that they would refund one day of the rental fee as compensation. When we returned the car, they didn't keep this promise, we didn't receive any refund, and they didn't even respond to our claim for compensation. This is not fair behavior.

Really bad quality motorhome. A lot of thins were broken or did’nt work in the vehicle. We wait 2,5 hours to have our motorhome.

Van was great and ran completely fine, great option if you’re looking to rent one!

Reliable - as you would hope for! - van in good condition. Very clean, comfortable, and everything necessary for a few weeks on the road. Third time using Mighty in 4 years and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Highly recommend to others.

Motorhome was in good condition and Tasmania is remarkable!

This was our first time hiring a motor home (towed a caravan around Australia for 5 years). It was great!
We were given a near new motor home which was lovely and clean.
Easy to drive and even in terrible winds didn't feel to much roll. Great experience and will be doing it again!
Would love some more hooks in the bathroom for towels in a 6 berth MH though.
The bed was a bit hard for my old bones but bought a mattress topper from Kmart the after the first night.
Fridge was a great size and excellent for our family. Really enjoyed our 10days.

It was our first time experience renting a Caravan and the pick and drop off process was seamless. Caravan utility during the trip was par excellence.

This is a special experience and the campervan was perfect all around. From pick up, through any drive or campsite in New Zealand all the way to drop off.

we rented a motorhome to drive from Melbourne to Sydney, everything worked smooth during pick up and return of the vehicle. The Motor home is comfortable, it was so clean and include all the accesories as a mobil house,

Nothing super flash, just honest, reliable campervans. A bit cheaper, a bit older but does everything it needs to well. The collection and drop-off processes were easy, if a little slow. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. The Mighty Camper got the three of us where we wanted to go in NZ with a minimum of fuss and in in relative comfort.

Check in process was slow. This was acknowledged by staff and financially compensated but half the day was wasted waiting for the motorhome.

First night we were supposed to charge the battery up. Only realised the next morning that the battery hadn’t been turned on from its main switch. There were no instructions to do this.

The roof leaked when it rained. And even the day after water just flowed across the floor of the van. The USB ports for charging phones did not work and we had to buy a 12 volt plug in charger. Microwave stopped working at the end of week one. The drainage from the sink repeatedly blocked despite letting no waste down there, and didn’t empty, even on day 1 when we had barely used it. Microwave and fridge door repeatedly swung open whilst driving. Fan heater not working.

On the plus side the motorhome did drive ok - but in my opinion that’s setting the standards low.

We were offered a small amount of money back and to not spoil things at the end of the trip we did accept and move on. But I would never rent one of them again.

Pick up was fsst and efficient, and the actual hireage was fine enough.

The return however was pretty ridiculous, park where the parking man told me to, pointed inside to stand at a counter, have a number of staff walk past and say nothing, continue waiting at the counter for 30 minutes, finally someone comes and write down the time, get told to sit and wait, continue waiting for another 45 minutes.

Affordable deal, the staff very professional and kind

Overall a great experience and the Camper was awesome. The staff were friendly but the drop back was a bit painful and took a while. 1st world problems. I would use them again for sure.

Have used other forms before, but by far Mighty has been the best experience, from customer service to vehicle choice. 100% pleased!
