Beautiful cut and very flattering waistline. I wore it to a business meeting and felt confident all day.

I complained many times that the order delivery status wasnt shared after 2 months, and after putting multiple reviews they bribed me with 15 percent off to remove my review. No! I am not accepting 15% off an item that isn't coming. Until they did, they sent out a suit thats made out of the hospital gown material, for 200$. Unbelievable service, bad quality, and all other reviews saying its good are fake.

When they tell you that they want to solve issues amicably, please don't listen to their scam!
I sent them this email and attached pictures, 'Dear miesuit,

I recently purchased a suit set from yourselves and the quality was unacceptable.
The picture was a suede, but you sent a set of low quality.''
This was their response :

Designs are unique and creative but I yet to receive my 1st order so msg you on comfort after using the outfit.

Easy to order. Just hoping sizing information is correct.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

The item I received does not match the quality shown in the photos. The material is noticeably worse than advertised, and the overall fit and finish are disappointing.

When I politely requested the return details because the suit does not fit me, the problems began. It took a week just to receive partial information. For over two weeks, I have been trying to return the item, and the store still has not provided a complete return address suitable for international shipping.

Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they repeatedly claim that “all items fit perfectly” and that the problem is mine because I “chose the wrong size.” This response is dismissive and unprofessional. A customer has the right to return an item that does not fit or meet expectations.

They refuse to provide proper return details and instead try to push a 10–15% partial refund. I clearly requested a full return and full refund, which is a standard consumer right.

The return process feels intentionally complicated and unnecessarily delayed.

If you value transparent return policies, clear communication, and professional customer service — think twice before ordering from this store.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. This company is a SCAM. I paid for premium shipping & when they still didnt ship it I tried to cancel my order. They claimed i was only eligible for a 50% reimbursement because of stocking fees. I spent over $500 & the value of doing nothing is $250? Insane. Their return policy is hard to find on the website. Basically, if you cancel within 72 hours (which it was) you are entitled to only 70% refund. They dont accept actual returns. They are very active on responding to emails, which seems to be their MO... they try to make it impossible to successfully file a cancellation claim with credit card companies. Mine is currently in dispute. They eventually agrred to give a 70% refund (Nothing ever was shipped or processed...) but they didnt refund the shipping, which they said they would in full. I hope they get sued & shut down. DONT BUY!

Terrible company. Do NOT purchase from them!! The sizing guide is not accurate at all. Now, I have been trying for weeks to get a refund and send the suit back… 20+ emails deep and they are still asking me if I want a different sized suit.

Avoid this company – extremely poor customer service.

UPDATE: Despite their response below to my initial review-I have corresponded with them appropriately a dozen times. With every few emails adding 5% additional compensation- currently at a grand total of
25 %. Their email responses are plagued with spelling errors and and they glaze over specifics. I wish I had done my own due diligence before ever purchasing from them. The time and effort it has involved with zero result is mind numbing.

I have done a great deal of online shopping over the years, and this has been the most unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming experience I have ever had.

The dress arrived
slightly damp with an odd fish-like odor — issues that are impossible to properly capture in photos — yet I was asked to provide “evidence.” The colour was also completely different from expected and unsuitable an upcoming wedding in July.

I contacted them within 24 hours of the dress being delivered- the dress is unworn, and I even offered & expected to pay return shipping to their office in the USA- but there’s no actual address available. Despite being within their return policy, their latest offer is just 20% compensation and that I keep a dress…..that is of no use to me. I am still requesting a full refund but not feeling that they’ll honour their policy.

Terrible service! I should have listened to my gut and the terrible reviews. Its been a month since I placed this order and it has not arrived yet.
A reliable company/luxury company uses a certified mail service like UPS, FEDEX or DHL which will provide updates until its final destination, specially with international shippments like this.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKES FOREVER TO REPLY, ONLY AVAILABLE THRU CHAT AND WILL TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY.
RESOLUTION IS POOR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPINISBILITY FOR THE SHIPPMENT.

It’s a scam, and I can’t recommend this site at all. The fabric is cheap - it looks nothing like what’s advertised - and the customer service is terrible. It took 1,5 months to receive my order, and once it arrived and I saw the quality, they made it nearly impossible to return and refund my money. For your own sake; don’t buy from this site

The worst online purchase I have made. Poor quality, almost 3 months to delivery, product defaults. Lesson learned.

Horrible customer service!! They refused to take my order back because I changed my mind and no longer wanted the suit. In addition to the measurements not being correct: legs too long and arms/torso/waist too short.

I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a suit 1/9 for an event 1/20. I paid for expedited shipping , but the item was not even mailed until 1/28, well after my event. I emailed and was asked if i wanted to cancel for a fee. I still dont have the item and dont need it anymore.

A Catastrophic Experience Save Your Money, Avoid Miesuit!

To anyone considering buying from Miesuit, please be cautious. Do not fall into the same trap I did. The suits are trash, and you’ll be wasting your hard-earned money. Look elsewhere for reliable quality and value.

I recently purchased four suits from Miesuit, expecting high quality given the considerable price I paid. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing short of a catastrophe. The fabric quality is shockingly poor, the cut is unflattering, and the finishing is practically nonexistent. On a scale of one to ten, I’d rate these suits a zero.

To be frank, these suits are not worth more than $10. They feel cheap, look poorly made, and are a complete disappointment. I am deeply dissatisfied with my purchase and feel misled by the promises of quality and craftsmanship.

I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. As for Miesuit, I expected so much better.

Where do I start? The shipping took longer than they said. I was gifted a white suit - looked nothing like the pictures. They used black thread to stitch the white button onto the pants, it looks cheap and horrid. The lapels also did not fit well. There was bits of thread hanging off at different points throughout the clothes. The fabric was rough, did not match the price point. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying again. Asked for a refund - they wanted me to ship back at my own cost. Then they offered a credit - useless! do not purchase from this company, very shady. using fake photos thatt look amazing, sending a C+ product instead.

I purchased a white suit based on what was shown on their website. I could not get my arm in the jacket due to extra stitching that made the entry smaller. The pants were so transparent, the pocket sacks are visible in the front and back. The stitching on the pant bottom were not professional and the material was cheap looking. There are loose pieces of thread protruding from seams all over the pants. I reached out to customer service and they would not offer a full refund. They told me the jacket could be tailored and the pants were consistent with what they described on their website site. Since they are located in China, shipping cost about the same price as these expensive suits and they will not cover shipping. My experience with customer service was frustrating at least. I had no choice but to accept their offer of 50% and no return. I have no use for the suit but could only get half of my money back. Do Not waste your money on this site!!!!!

Stitching v poor, strings are coming off everywhere.

Used a black button stitch on a white suit!

Lining doesn't sit well so the jacket is all scrunched up.

Could not be bothered to use my name
Wrote 'final resolution' without checking with me
I had already confirmed I did not want any vouchers, just wanted my money back.

These guys are total scammers.

I don't even want to give it 1 star, order asper their size chart and although the pants were tagged as an XL they are not even close to a 10, Jacket is a terrible cut. For the price of a 3 piece suit the quality is not even close to what is should be. Customer service offered 10% refund and when I refused they offered a free exchange, but I don't trust them. There are so many fake sites out there taking advantage of people in this manner. Terrible quality and terrible service. DONT order from them.

The suit is beautifully crafted with impressive attention to detail. Delivery was slightly slower than i anticipated, but once it arrived, the quality made the wait completely worthwhile.
