My experience with this Dental treatment company is worst, it was nice in the beginning but later they kept misleading me and in the end I wasted time , energy, resources on daily calls in fact. I will not recommend anyone to trust them from overseas for treatment. I saw their website blew up everywhere online when I started searching for dental facilities that offer treatments to international patients, I called and told them my issues and they agreed after I booked an appointment, told me to get X-ray of my condition since I'm oversees. I told them I need a letter from their facility expressing willingness to evaluate me upon consultation once I arrive and give me options or alternatives for treatment, an employee who answers calls checked it with dentist and he agreed , I was booked for 22nd of April 2024 and I was told to hold on to receive a letter ,she never called after 30 mins of been on hold ,I decided to call back only to explain my situation again as if they dont have history of any conversation i have had with them over tge weeks and then eventually told me its not possible unless im in New York. They could have told me that in the beginning but decided to keep me in the loop and wasted my time. It's common courtesy to be up front with clients who call internationally. Also they have communication issues , only one person was able to communicate with me properly. You ask simple questions , they put you on hold to find that out yet it always seems they either didn't understand it correctly
So I have been mislead several times because the answerers don't pay attention to words on phone but rush to find out
Look for other alternatives.
It's annoying and time wasting dealing with them online

It's disappointing trusting their customer service over the phone or office lines
Don't waste your time
