Hape - Dukkehus Med Lyde - 31 Dele it's missing a few pieces and it doesn't work properly.

The floor that activates the music when touched does not work well and the figurines (boy and girl) do not stand up. The doll house has manufacturing defects, or defects due to you. Unfortunately, I can't make a return because it clearly says in the email that I can't.. although it's strange. almost 400 kr paid and I receive something that is not complete. Very disappointed

I ordered a toy 13 of December at night and they sent it the next day. That's very fast. But, because of buisiness of DAO post, we got it in four days. I think all post companies are pretty buisy before Christmas. So it's ok. As for the toy, we got what we had expected to get. Thanks to MID hobby for good service.

Shipped my order within one working day so cant really complain.

besides having mostly everything the customer service is really lacking.
Huge, not long ,huge waiting time for customer service phone line,for more than 15 minutes and then closed in my face,so i had to call again to get directed to the actual shop and then they should allow me to talk to customer service,they *cant* , more like wont modify the order,add or cancel it, or maybe because i didnt speak any danish they just didnt wanna help me, either way, last time shopping there , would have been a 5 star review and nothing but positive if they would just add one more thing to my order(which i stated i made a mistake and i would pay for it )

Edit: i did offer to pay to add something to my order,i said i will make a new payment no issue

Very rude and lousy customer service. I can only recommend to shop somewhere else. If you go to the Danish Trustpilot site for this company they only get 2 stars. Positive reviews are only because people haven't yet experienced a problem with an item or had to return an order. I know from personal experience that as long as you spend money with them, there is no problem, but the minute there's a problem which requires contact with customer service (which you cannot call it because it doesn't exist with this company) it is non-existing!

Got everything I ordered fast and with no problems.

After 4 !!!! months and without any information or communication about my order - suddenly came info my order was shipped.
When I wrote back I am not interested, kinda annoyed and rude tone in answer - I can pay shipping and returning and actually what I expected ordering something without delivery time, which can take weeks or months ... Miserable and lousy customer service.
So keep away from this shop unless you are ready to wait months or years? centuries?
1 star is too much ;)

I Love Hobby shop, and i think it's so great that we can find real one in Viborg, instead of buying toys online.
I went there to buy radio command boat.
The price was 1899 KR, it was not said on the website plus batterie and charger were not included and it cost 3000 kr total with the boat.
I came home, the battery was not adaptable to the boat. Then i came back to the shop, the guy was ennoyed, didn't wanted to help.. i insist then he sold me two adapter that i found myself. of course i had to pay for it :)
When i've pluged the battery, the cable of the controler burnt. When my girl came to the shop to bring it back, he was putting the fault on us. Then explain that we are stupid. He was ennoyed to help again, ennoyed to help a customer, imagine that... And as a guy im all exept, being ennoying. I don't care about problem, i want to see the attitude to make the customer happy, and to resolve it. Otherwhise, why should i buy it on a shop instead of online ?? hope he can fix it this week. i still haven't run the boat, and i payed totally 400 euros

A bit unintuitive webpage. A bit old school so to speak. But very fast shipping. And that is what counts as part of good service!

I would like to support a local company, especially when the prices are very reasonable. But the website is so awful that I have given up and gone to a Polish webiste instead!

The best shop. They have very good prices, very fast service and a very big catalogue. Simply,... perfect.
