PC Online Repair - Excellent
Had an out of the blue problem and was unable to open any Office software, Word,Excel etc. £80 (which would have been a callout charge by engineers around here) and hey-presto, sorted. Cleaned up registry problems and computer as good as new. The online helper was ROse and she was fantastic. Recommend this to anyone. Fast and efficient service. Very Happy.

I just had the pleasure of working with Rose. I have no idea what she did or how she did it, but I watched my cursor weave a tapestry of magic across my screen. Originally, my Microsoft Suite had ceased to function (and she repaired it in an unorthodox, but much appreciated manner). Next my Adobe programs ceased to function (a full day later) and through a remarkable series of electronic acrobatics she was able to repair those programs as well -- during these troubled times, I really could not afford to lose any customers. Thanks to Rose, it looks as if I will be able to fulfill my business obligations! Five Stars!
