Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Keyboard Received

Dear Microless Team,
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order.
I purchased the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad for Mac (USB‑C) – US English – Black Keys, but what I received had some keys in Chinese, which is absolutely not what was advertised or expected.
Due to my busy schedule, I don’t have time to deal with returns or waste my energy on correcting your mistake. I was forced to sell the item at less than a third of the original price, resulting in a direct and frustrating loss.
Let me be absolutely clear: this was my first and last time buying from Microless. The lack of accuracy, quality control, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable.
Please take this as serious feedback, and I hope you improve your processes before causing the same issue for someone else.

By far the worst company I've used

By far the worst company I've used. Ordered a top of the range Dyson air purifier and it never was delivered, waited in for two days, arranged to collect from the store and they sent me to the old address, then travelled to the new store and collected the item. Got the Dyson home, unpacked it and it had been previously used, scratches and a euro power cable. Had to drive the item back to the store as their driver didn't arrive after another two days of waiting at home. Will never use Microless, they should change their name to MicroQuality. Don't use them, all of their items are returned goods that they buy on the cheap and try to pass off as new. I'm out of pocket, avoid 100%.

Poor Service – Unjust Delay

There has been no proper response to the complaints I’ve raised. Despite making full payment for the product, the shipment has not been released and is still stuck with the seller due to incorrect or incomplete documentation on their part.
To make matters worse, after all these delays caused solely by the seller, I am now being informed that the refund will include deductions — which is completely unjustified and unacceptable.

This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I am forced to consider escalating this matter through appropriate legal and consumer protection channels if it is not resolved immediately and fairly.

I received a defective product, sent to the repair and never got back.

On August 11, 2023, I purchased a monitor (SAMSUNG 32" ViewFinity S6 QHD).

When I received the monitor, I noticed dead pixels on the screen. I opened a service ticket, and they replaced the matrix and sent the monitor back to me. However, I then noticed that the bottom-left corner was flickering. I recorded a video of the issue and opened a second service ticket, sending the monitor back in again. Despite the video evidence, they claimed they could not find any problem.

To be sure, I tested the setup using another identical monitor I already owned, which showed no flickering at all—confirming the issue was with the repaired monitor.

Since then, I have neither received the monitor back nor been refunded. One month ago, I escalated the case again and received an email stating that I am entitled to a full refund. However, it has now been a month, and I still have not received anything.

I am now planning to escalate the issue to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) – Consumer Rights.

No issues locally, but shipping abroad is tricky

Bought a laptop in Dubai with self-pickup — everything went smoothly. But when trying to order internationally, the shipping cost seems very high. In some cases, even adding a small item makes the total jump a lot, which doesn’t feel logical.

Warranty Is a Scam — Avoid Microless at All Costs

I bought a high-end LG UltraGear 32" 4K OLED monitor from Microless, along with my entire PC build — case, RAM, SSDs, cooler, GPU, PSU. The monitor arrived damaged, and when I contacted them just 6 days later, they refused to help because I didn't report it within 12 hours of delivery. Seriously?

They boast about warranties and customer protection on their website, but when something goes wrong, you're on your own. The so-called "warranty" is nothing but an upsell scam to squeeze more money from you, and when it’s time to honor it, they hide behind fine print.

If you're lucky, your stuff will arrive fine. But if anything breaks — expect to jump through hoops while they deflect blame, delay, and do everything possible to avoid responsibility.

Save yourself the headache. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be reporting this to the manufacturer.

Slow Service: Broken TV and Lengthy Refund.

I ordered a TV, and it arrived broken. It took them four days to pick up the damaged TV, even though they had promised to do it on the same day or at most the next day. Then, it took another six days for them to get a new one ready to send. However, as soon as they took the broken TV, I realized I didn't want to wait for a replacement anymore and asked for a refund instead. I even had to ask them a second time to process the refund.

Eventually, I did get my money back. But the entire process, from ordering to getting the refund, took a frustrating three and a half weeks. This is a huge difference compared to the 'yellow' store, which delivers everything the very next day. I will definitely not use this slow service again, and I'll advise my friends to avoid it too.

The only good thing I can say is that their customer support was polite. And of course, I'm happy they finally took the broken TV back and gave me my money back. But I simply don't have that much time to waste.

Horrible warranty service

Expensive ACER predator laptop started losing power on its own only 4 months after the purchase.
Supposedly there is warranty so I sent it back. They said it will take 1-18 working days which may translate to a month. I cannot live without a laptop for 1 month and it is not even my fault.
The worst part is they are rigid on never giving any update or feedback before the 18 working days are done. You have to wait it is non negotiable and they claim they have no way to contact the service team.
I called 6 times and every time they promise I will get a callback from the service team or a manager and they never do call back.
Childish and disrespectful.
I want to get my laptop back to fix it on my own expense and I cannot do that. I am forced to wait and they refuse to get any update or expedite the process.
Horrible serivce! by any standard and certainly by dubai standards. I recommend buying a laptop anywhere else

Slightly delayed but overall Delivered Quality Service

Ordered a PC case from Microless that unfortunately arrived with a damaged tempered glass panel, likely during shipping. It was impossible to detect without opening the box so this wasn't Microless fault. After raising the issue, it took a bit of time to resolve, but I really appreciate that they followed through and sent me a replacement glass.

Microless continues to be one of the best PC component (and more) suppliers in the Middle East, and I'm glad to see they have someone on their team who puts customers first and personally ensures issues are resolved.

I'd like to personally thank Areej, the Microless representative, for going above and beyond in helping me resolve the ticket. He sent me regular updates and demonstrated outstanding communication, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. His support made all the difference, and it’s clear that Microless values its customers.
That level of service goes a long way, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Crooks who wont return your money or purchased item

Ordered an original dyson in uae, they sent me one with a south african plug, then refused return saying that they are not obliged to mention what plug type they are selling even if it's inconvenient for the customer.
