Having purchased item prior to delivery the post office indicated they may be customs charge however there was not, so I was happy because if customs charge item would have been more expensive than from other suppliers. Very prompt delivery
I bought item hoping my bike would fit on it, as luck my bike which is a FIDO D3 pro with 14" wheels fitted perfectly . I hope this helps other people with similar as I could not find any info regarding these bikes fitting the rack

The dog guard was a perfect fit and great video sent with order acknowledgement showing how to fit it correctly.
Postal service was shocking but I believe there was a problem with the courier and no fault of the supplier.

The 'express' delivery is meaningless. I order something express delivery on a Friday, then realised that I'd ordered it just too late to expect it on Monday, which was my own fault. But I'd get it on Tuesday,as I'd paid for next working day delivery, so not disastrous. Then over the weekend I got an email saying that they weren't even going to stock pick and dispatch it until Tuesday. How is that next working day delivery?
