In all my years I have never experienced a worse type of service. I ordered an item which got lost in post and was waiting for 3 and half weeks for the issue to be resolved. In mean time could not speak to anyone as it's all automated through email. Finally I got a response after I threatened them with the ombudsman and finally they offered a refund but I really needed the part. So I ordered another of the same part and paid extra for next day delivery with DHL which never happened either. It was 2 days later and then what happened? the 2 parts arrived together. An absolute apawling system and company and will never again deal with them. I have told many people I know who order there to stop. It was a long battle but I won the war as I got refund for second part as well therefore costing me only delivery which wasn't even on time. So cheers for the free part. It was the least I deserved.

Having trawled through various pet websites I happened to just check out Micks Garage and to my relief they had them in stock!! Medium sized. I ordered, paid for it and it was here in a few days it probably would have been faster if I’d ordered it on a weekday. Keep up the great work Micks Garage I’ll know where to search next time!!

Ordered jeep mats on 12th June, showed as delivered on 23rd June but they weren't. Customer service was extremely slow to reply, they said the mats were being returned to them and that they would get back to me - they never did so I had to chase again. 5th July finally got another response asking if I wanted them to resend or a refund - I was hoping they had already resent so requested a refund.

Finally got told they have refunded me on 8th July, time will tell if that happens and I can only assume shipping will be refunded too but that wasn't clarified. I will say the responses were polite but with the amount of time passing between updates, this didn't really help.

Have ordered from Micks Garage many times in the past with zero issues but I don't intend on ever ordering or recommending them again - either from our company or personally. Fair enough items sometimes get returned to sender, it was the awful customer service that put me off. No phone number to call either!?

Absolute sh*tshow of a company. Falsely advertised a product. Ignored my messages then finally replied requesting photo evidence of issue which I already had sent twice. Sent evidence again and they never ever responded again.
