I’ve been thoroughly impressed with my results using Michael Todd Sonicsmooth device. My skin & complexion has never been so smooth, free of peach fuzz, dead skin cells, flaky dry skin that was so obviously sitting on the surface of my skin. After my very first initial use of the Sonicsmooth device, my skin just finally felt truly prepared to drink up my skin care products. My brown spots became smaller, lighter and deminished. My skin could breathe and soak in the products that I’d spent so much time and money on, never really penetrating and doing what they’d been used for. My skins brighter, clearer and younger looking. I've admired the Michael Todd Beauty products I've purchased, and more recently, I've come to admire their customer services practices as well. I was treated with genuine concern and kindness after reaching out. My issue was resolved promptly and I was contacted thereafter to further ensure my satisfaction. They've been so great. My recommendation: Do not hesitate to try their products. If there are any issues, do not hesitate to contact their customer service department representatives.

I had placed an order but after close to 2 weeks I still had not received. I reached out to customer service and they discovered the package was lost in transit. They immediately sent out a replacement order which I received within the week.

Product did what it said it would do and there was a helpful video on how to do it correctly. I have menopause facial hair and do not like waxing as it tears my skin. This product works great. My wand and base unit would not charge after I got it, but the unit was charged upon arrival. I contacted Michael Todd Beauty via email and received a replacement in a timely fashion. I would recommend this product.

Excellent customer service, I thought I didn't like the product and wanted to return it. Then Customer Service contacted me and taught me how to use the product properly, Once I used the product correctly I was please with it.

Not great product and worse customer service. I purchased the product had and issue with it, needed to return and was told I would be charged for return shipping even though the item arrived damaged.
Do NOT buy, can find better options with better service.

I had a small issue with my device and customer service was quick to remedy the situation. I was very impressed with the promptness and professionalism. Also, I love the Sonicsmooth Pro +. It works wonderfully!

Device removes flaky skin and peach fuzz easily.
Convenient and there is no down time after use. Skincare is more readily absorbed and makeup looks better as well. Skin feels smooth and soft after use.

I purchased the Michael Todd sonic face cleanser since my beloved Clarisonic died and have been very happy with the product as I hadn’t found a comparable product… until now! I love it so much I have 2! One for my shower and one pretty floral one for my sink. I then purchased a sonic smooth and it really exfoliates all the old skin and removes all the peach fuzz and it really smoothes out my skin! I’m a forever fan 🫶🏽

I love the product and use it as part of my weekly face routine. When I began having charging issues they offered to replace the device. They responded in less than 24 hours and were very helpful. Highly recommend!

My Soniclear stopped working after about 6 months. They offered to replace it with the latest version for free. Very happy with the customer service.

I purchased two of their foot exfoliating tools and neither will hold a charge. I also purchased the hydraskin facial mister and it was great...in the very short time that it worked. Junk. Waste of money.

Love the product but with all those replacement blades, there is no replacement cap to keep the blade/device clean and free from dust. If you lose the original clear one, you have to buy a new device or just leave it uncovered (risk of dust, infection ).

If it had one cap for each blade tray, or even a way to get a replacement, I’d give it 5 stars.

When I received mine, l'd have to try it right away. It was amazing. I can't even tell you. Then I ran into a small glitch and had to contact customer service. Nowadays, that's not always a positive experience. But I gotta tell you this company stands behind their product and their product is amazing..

Customer service responds in a quick turn around time, which is impressive for an online reach only.

I purchased my Sonicsmooth Pro + device and it stopped charging. I reached out to Customer Care at Michael Todd Beauty and they responded quickly with options to resolve the issue including honoring their warranty. It is often difficult to receive responses from Customer Care these days so it is significant that I received a quick response. The fact that they stand behind their products is also huge. I am happy with the device so was really upset when it stopped charging. I am so glad I will have this resolved at no cost and be able to continue using this great item!

I have been using my Soniclear elite everyday since Jan 2024. I just started to notice my battery wasn’t holding charge. I sent an email to the customer service team and the very next day they had a solution for me. Best customer experience ever I will forever be in Michael Todd Beauty fan!
