Absolute scumbags, dont use there platform. theres always an issue with "risk controls" or you cant withdraw funds, especially when you make money. They have zero support system aswell, just an ai. DO NOT USE THEM. im KYC verified, used almost 2 years, and again cant withdraw.

My experience with MEXC has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this exchange to anyone.
During my time using the platform, I noticed several concerning issues, including unusual price movements, delayed order execution, and frequent technical problems that resulted in unexpected losses.
Customer support is slow and unhelpful, and there is very little transparency when it comes to explaining errors or price discrepancies.
In my opinion, MEXC is one of the worst trading platforms I have ever used due to its lack of reliability and poor overall user experience.
Traders deserve a platform that is transparent, stable, and trustworthy — unfortunately, MEXC did not meet any of these expectations.

I thought I was the only one experiencing difficulty in making withdrawal until I checked online and I found a whole lot of people having the same issue as me. Even after the whole kyc and identification i am still not able to take my money out which is unfair. I think you guys should do better before losing all your customers imaging I hand to call attention of Re so rus before it was settled. You all should really do better and make withdrawal stress free just like the deposit. And you guys should stop sending lots of mails that doesn't make sense to me.

My MEXC account has been frozen under AML/KYC review for approximately 3 months despite submitting ID, proof of income and source of funds. I have received no meaningful update for around 1 month and no confirmation that my latest documents were received.
I am requesting a clear status update and resolution timeline. I am documenting the case and reviewing formal complaint channels with relevant consumer, AML and financial authorities.

stay away from this scam, they allowed me to deposit usdt after marketing themselves as a no kyc exchange, then when you try to withdraw they tell you you have to give them your id, they let you deposit without issue and then decide to steal you money, if it was really about the kyc they wouldnt let you deposit without it, but its about stealing your money, keep in mind i tried to withdraw 2 usdt, coustmer support was terrible and baisiclly told me my only option is to do an apeal, which also requires an id, so whats the point? anyways, its a scam

I used it and was happy with it, but after the introduction of the cumbersome KYC and AML processes, it's no longer the same platform. I don't recommend it to anyone still looking for an exchange that values user privacy.
Reply to the story: When I deposited the funds, there was no problem. Now, when I want to withdraw them, I have to go through KYC. It's not OK that when I deposited, there was no mention of KYC, and only when I want to withdraw them...

The "Requests are too frequent" error breaks it finally. It used to get laggy right when opportunities appeared, now it simply doesn't let you trade them at all showing the "Requests are too frequent" error message. Good luck trying to trade with that.

scam app. they restrict your account if you’re profitable and demand KYC. When you submit kyc they will say any excuse to avoid accepting it. STAY FAR AWAY

MEXC is one of the worst crypto exchanges I have ever experienced. For more than 3 months, I have been trying again and again to withdraw my funds, but not even ONE withdrawal has ever been successful.
Every single time I request a withdrawal, they suddenly require another 24-hour or even 72-hour waiting period. After waiting, the withdrawal still fails or gets delayed again. Seriously, how many 72-hour waits do people have in their life? This has become ridiculous and feels completely unfair to users.
Customer support is useless and keeps sending repetitive automated replies without solving anything. There is always another excuse, another delay, another waiting period, but never an actual successful withdrawal.
A crypto exchange that constantly blocks or delays withdrawals cannot be trusted. Users should have immediate access to their own money, not endless waiting games and failed transactions.
Based on my experience, MEXC behaves like a scam exchange. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this platform unless you want stress, frustration, and your funds trapped for months.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have been using your platform for quite a long time and it has been very good and excellent. I have been trading here for a long time and never faced any issue before. However, last night my entire capital was wiped out even though I did not open any trade. I have also sent you an email regarding this issue. Could you please look into my problem?

MEXC Global is intentionally withholding my 2,999.985 USDT principal asset. They charged me a recovery fee after marking my case as "PASSED" and promised a return by March 23, 2026. They then reneged on this promise, citing generic "technical limitations."
The assets are verified on-chain in their custodial wallet. I have officially reported this fraud to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) under case E/20260325/0126.
To all potential users: MEXC will take your fees and keep your deposits. Do not trust their "system-generated" promises. I will not stop until my funds are returned.

If I had a chance of giving you zero reviews I would coz how would I make a withdrawal within mexc app yet you tell me you don't recognize my address? And the balance does not reflect. I won't recommend this, customer service is not helpful 😔.

MEXC used to work well but now they are triggering forced liquidations even if you have a stop loss. They dont care. They use the excuse of "Fair Price" to say that the stop loss was invalidated. They've done this to me a few times and I lost thousands of dollars. I will be closing my account.
Edit: I DID use a stop loss. MEXC completely ignores your stop losses and takes your money. Do NOT deposit anything to their platform. I also DID talk to customer support and they gave me the same bull as the reply below.

Be careful with this ambiguous, money-hungry, and fraudulent exchange.
It claims to be a “free exchange with optional KYC” (and in the past, it really was).
Lately, however, things have changed: KYC remains optional for those who have nothing in their wallets; the moment you start making some movement, they require documents in order to withdraw the funds.
Mexc has clearly decided to bend over for the new invasive and hyper-controlling regulations imposed by the dictatorial governments currently in power; yet it continues to call itself “a free exchange with optional KYC.”
Exact words from the service center: “In accordance with regulatory requirements, platform users must cooperate with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification. You can learn more in the User Agreement.”
This directly contradicts their own rules, which clearly state that KYC is optional and only needed to unlock advanced features. It should only come into play after a certain limit, which I have absolutely not exceeded.
Be careful.
Any amount you have in their wallets is worth less than your privacy and security.
When they talk about security, they mean *their* security: the security of being able to survive at our expense by licking the feet of governments that want to empty our pockets.
Putting your documents in the hands of people who behave like this is far from safe; on the contrary, it is an action likely to cause huge problems and complications.

To: MEXC Compliance / Legal / Risk Control Department,
This letter serves as a FINAL FORMAL NOTICE regarding a documented fraud incident that occurred through the MEXC P2P trading platform and the subsequent failure of MEXC to provide effective buyer protection despite clear evidence of counterparty misconduct.
Case Reference:
Order ID: d1707614400587842562
Transaction Amount: 336.8898 USDT
Fiat Paid: 14,705.24 UAH
Date of Incident: April 19, 2026
I, as the buyer, fully complied with all payment obligations and transferred the requested fiat funds exactly according to the seller’s instructions provided inside the official MEXC P2P order chat.
The seller required payments to three separate bank accounts, and all requested transfers were completed.
Despite full payment being made:
- the seller did not release the USDT,
- the order was closed/cancelled,
- the seller ceased communication,
- and my fiat funds were irreversibly lost.
All transfer confirmations, bank receipts, screenshots of payment, and complete chat evidence were submitted through the MEXC appeal process.
MEXC has officially acknowledged in its written response that:
1. no response was received from the seller for an extended period;
2. the seller account has been frozen under MEXC P2P Appeal Handling Rules.
This acknowledgment confirms that MEXC itself recognized severe counterparty non-cooperation and fraudulent conduct.
However, despite:
- the fraud occurring entirely within MEXC’s P2P infrastructure,
- the seller operating as a verified participant on your platform,
- payment instructions being issued through MEXC chat,
- and MEXC confirming seller misconduct,
MEXC has refused to provide:
- buyer fund recovery assistance,
- escrow restitution action,
- reimbursement review,
- or any meaningful buyer protection remedy.
This creates a serious appearance that MEXC P2P permits sellers to collect fiat payments, abandon transactions, and leave buyers without effective platform safeguards.
Your support team’s recommendation that the victim should simply contact local authorities while MEXC disclaims operational responsibility is not an acceptable resolution for a fraud event facilitated inside your own marketplace.
This letter also serves as formal notice that the full documented case file, including:
- Order ID,
- payment evidence,
- bank recipient details,
- seller non-performance,
- MEXC written admissions,
- and all support correspondence
is now being prepared for public dissemination across:
- Trustpilot
- Reddit anti-scam communities
- Sitejabber
- Reviews.io
- X/Twitter public threads
- independent crypto scam reporting platforms
- consumer fraud review portals
- SEO-indexed English-language media publications
under the classification:
“MEXC P2P Buyer Protection Failure / Platform-Enabled Fraud Loss Report”.
In addition, formal complaint packages are being escalated to financial compliance, virtual asset service monitoring, and consumer fraud reporting bodies to document MEXC’s refusal to provide an adequate buyer-protection response after acknowledging seller misconduct.
Before these public and regulatory escalations are finalized, I am providing MEXC one final opportunity to issue:
1. a formal written explanation of why buyer fund protection was not enforced;
2. clarification of MEXC’s liability position in seller-confirmed fraud cases;
3. details of any restitution or internal compensation review available to affected users.
If no substantive response is received, this case will proceed as a publicly documented reputational incident associated directly with MEXC P2P risk management failure.

MEXC published false and defamatory information about me, which has damaged my reputation. It’s ironic that a platform spreading misinformation isn’t even registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). I urge others to be cautious when dealing with them
