Very disappointing experience.
I have been trying to contact this company for months with a simple question: are they actually willing to sell parts and provide service? You would expect a professional company to be able to answer that clearly and within a reasonable time. Instead, I was met with silence for months, despite their website giving the impression that they are available and responsive.
Eventually I received a short reply from a sales advisor named Julio, and that response was not helpful at all. It came across as dismissive, confusing, and frankly disrespectful. After waiting that long, the least a potential customer should receive is a clear and professional answer.
The most frustrating part is that the issue was completely avoidable. This was not a complicated complaint or technical dispute. It was a basic customer inquiry. The fact that it took months to get any kind of reply, only to receive an unclear and unprofessional response, says a lot about how this company handles communication.
At this point, I am left seriously questioning whether this company is genuinely open for business in the way it presents itself. If contacting them for a simple sales question is this difficult, it does not inspire confidence in their service, support, or reliability.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Poor communication, no timely follow-up, and an unacceptable way of dealing with potential customers.
