The problems started when I tried to withdraw my money. Suddenly, new verification requirements were introduced that had never been mentioned before. I was asked to submit additional documents, complete repeated identity checks, and follow extra internal approval steps. Each time I complied with one request, another would appear, making the withdrawal process increasingly slow and frustrating.

Customer support was no help either. They kept sending the same generic replies stating that my withdrawal was “under review” or “being processed,” without giving any real explanation or timeline. After weeks of waiting with no progress, it became clear that access to my 37,000€ was being deliberately delayed.

I was told I had to use this wallet to cash out some money that I won from an online casino so I use them and I was told I would be able to send it directly to my debit card I was not able to do that I was forced to do the ACH but I was also giving a provider to go through to do the ACH and that provider was supposed to only take 24 hours and it's going over 48 they have not responded to my emails nor have I received my money this is the worst experience I've ever had both of these companies are trash

Stay away from this app. They have scammed so many people out there. I regret giving them a try because I've lost all of my savings to them. Thankfully, #Crop Mines....has proven to be the best alternative, and assures good returns without any issues.

I swapped BEP20 to SOL — the BEP20 tokens left my wallet immediately, but the SOL never arrived. It has been stuck indefinitely with no resolution.

I contacted support multiple times, and they keep telling me to “wait,” but no real agent ever responds or provides a solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a wallet service handling real funds.

At this point, it feels unreliable and potentially unsafe to use. I would strongly caution others before trusting this wallet.

Horrible tron support. Swapping doesn't work. Doesn't support automatic energy renting. Transaction fees are not transparent. If you can, avoid this wallet.

they have scammer on their platfroms, they took 1000$ from me, while also i visited solscan they are scamming a lot of people for their money

They launched a rewards program more than 3 months ago and announced on their website it would be claimable on the 23rd of January but nothing since. In the meanwhile the marketcap/price of their reward token $LINEA dropped so hard the claim will be worth next to nothing.

The support is just amazing. Just don't forget the secret phrase ;)

Slowest wallet and loading time takes so long. Nowadays this wallet need to do huge update.

It's a shame they are the main crypto wallet, the wallet lags, they remove important features and they increase surveilance and tracking of wallets. Their new card service is freezing the card as soon as it's used and their support is one of the worst I have ever used.

Better use another web3 wallet that actually are doing some innovation and helping their users.

All the reviews are true. I had to re-enter my password and secret recovery phase and when they "entered" my account all my wallet adresses were different! I LOST ALL MY FUNDS FROM MY WALLET. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND PUTTING YOUR DIGITAL CURRENCY HERE. I have gambling sites that keep my money safer. I'm so glad it was only a little bit of money. Lowly scammers. They won't let me into my account even though I haven't forgotten my password.
After entering the twelve phrases and a new password, the site just hangs.
I followed all the support instructions and nothing changed.
I can't log into my account at all.

My money is sent to a wallet that I didn't mean to send. What a disgusting shitty company. Stay away. Never ever again.

Slow user interface and sometimes wallet not responding

A MetaMask representative contacted me and told me that I had funds frozen by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and that I needed to open a MetaMask account and deposit money to unfreeze my funds. I opened the account and started transferring money, but after each transfer, they asked me for another amount until the total exceeded $25,000. However, I never received my money. After two years, the representative turned off his phone and never responded again.
