I ordered some gifts for my 6 year old for Christmas. They turned up on the 27th. Im trying to return them but im being offered a partial refund of £10. After spending nearly £80 with them I think this is a pxsstake. They are not giving me a postage address so I can send the items back. How are Debenhams allowing them to sell is beyond me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
They sell advent calendars absolutely rubbish , laminated paper like other reviews and had the cheek to offer me a £10 refund on a £50 order poor customer service
Ordered advent calendar. Supposed to be Capybaras and Sea-stones. They are just pictures of them. Total rubbish. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. (on Debenhams website)
Absolutely dreadful service received faulty item sent off pictures to prove no refund received still but now advised being charged for original delivery AND cost of returning !!! Take notice do not use this service it’s awful and seems I’m not alone !!
Why debenhams support and sell their items I'll never know, supposed to be 48hr delivery turned out to be 14 days, box was damaged not in transit but was damaged from company so as a gift unexceptable. Never ever will I purchase anything from this company again. Would have sent photo proof but not able to. The box has Solar Folwer instead Solar Flower printed on it so where on earth Debenhams got them from is a mystery. 😱
Got nothing at all. Straight up scam. Going to retrieve money by bank.
Ordered solar water fountain through the range, which was sent out by this company MESOB. The panel is old used, screws are rusty, bits of grass stuck under the panel. The solar panel is all stained with no protective film. And does not work. Very disappointed with the Range using this marketplace company. No idea how to return this item. Ideally would like a replacement, but will have to take monetary loss. Be careful when you order from mainstream companies check out the market place reviews for the companies they use first.
After many days, I started believing that this retailer was fake. Please be careful! I ordered something from the website on 7 March 2025 but never received their email reply or phone call; I don't know whether they processed my order, so I decided to write my review here. I hope no one will be bothered by this awful and "fake" retailer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS NOT A REAL TRADER. JUST A FAKE FRONT!
I would give this a zero if i could as this company is literally scamming everyone. The website is a fake front.
Placed an order 2 weeks back nothing received, tried the 2 numbers on the website, no one answers then one replies back to say try the other number.
The end, haven't heard back and no stock received. They've taken the money . . .
Very poor, no communication, I bought the gift in good faith for my grandsons birthday. I don’t have a lot of spare money therefore until I get a refund I can’t buy him another gift until then. This has never arrived, avoid at all costs
I am lost for words how disrespectful, incompetent and clueless of common business ethos the guy fronting this company as customer contact point is. If there was a score below 1*, I would have given it. I ordered the edible flour, 'Teff', online from this UK-based store yet received a packaging that has 'Barley flour' printed in bold with its picture. When I called to query this discrepancy, I was told he has written "Brown Teff" with a pen, on the original packaging that says barley flour. Yes, hand-written with a pen!! I am expected to see an illegible handwritten note at the corner with a pen instead of the custom-made packaging for barley and magically believe what is inside is actually Teff. To make matters worse, he just hung up the call on me with no further explanation. How on earth is this allowed as an acceptable business practice in the 21st century!? Such misrepresentations of edible goods should be referred to the Trading Standards for noncompliance and unfair practice. The staff/owner should undertake a basic course on customer service as without them, they will cease to exist.
Why are you not responding to your emails, where is my order 10321-493305 ?
Beware of this company . Ordered from them 2/7/24 , order confirmed , nothing since . Payment taken immediately , alas no further contact . Have emailed them twice , no response . Have asked for delivery schedule or a refund , stony silence . Is it a scam ? No other reviews anywhere , order at your peril . I will pursue through small claims on principal . Update , following this review I have been contacted by Mesob , informing me they have no stock ! This is 7 days after the order was placed and 5 days after they banked my payment . They have advised that they have actioned a refund . Poor business practice and lack of communication . Without this review I wonder when I would have heard from them . They have issued an apology, I will not use them again .
