I have been a customer of MB Tech for 7 years for servicing. Firstly the pricing is really reasonable. They are responsive by email and phone. Full details of the work done and safety checks undertaken is provided and the electronic service record for the car is updated. Plus a wash and vacuum before collection. I have always found them friendly and competent. Special thanks to Marie!

great service just had my gearbox serviced and all other fluids replaced on my c43 and what a difference it’s made feels like a completely different car emailed marie on reception and explained what i wanted doing quote emailed over and car booked in with no hassle and even washed it afterwards definitely going back when it needs servicing

The service was excellent. I contacted Mercedes-Benz specialists regarding my Mercedes-Benz. They are Mercedes-Benz specialists, providing comparable service at a lower cost and higher quality

Smart car owner here. They went out of their way to help me with finding a Mercedes Benz part. Fixed the problem with no fuss and a very reasonable price. Quite the opposite of the service I got from the Mercedes Benz dealership who steadfastly ignored my calls with a we’ll get back to you. Anyway what a wonderful service to have near me, I can’t praise them highly enough.

I cannot thank MB Tech enough. After buying a car and having it 6 days in I was getting the message"Top Coolant Up, see handbook". I topped it up several times and found MB Tech who went above and beyond to solve this problem for me very quickly. All the staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. One gentleman, sorry I didn't ask his name, volunteered to explain the intricacies of the workings of this new car to me and even paired my phone and my wife's phone to the system. We were relieved and grateful for their professional service and will definitely be back again.

I will start by saying I have never wrote a review before in my life so bear with me.

I bought a Mercedes from a dealership and after 4 months my engine management light came on. Went to Halfords for a quick diagnostic because i was able get it in next day. Issues show up but told me it had to go to a Mercedes specialist. Got reccomended these guys by a friend. Gave them a ring and got booked in for a diagnostic of their own a few days later, Shown up nox sensor needed replacing. I took out an extended warranty when I bought the car but did not know what and how much would be covered- because as everyone knows warranty company’s will try wriggle out of anything if they can.

MB tech gave me a quote which really shocked me. I was expecting double the price- which I’m sure it would have been if I went to a main dealer, and they even rang the warranty company for me when I left to register a claim. A week or so later my sensor has been replaced, updated my software, aswell as clearing out my washer jets that were faulty. They even washed and cleaned my car for me. And explained how to go about getting my reimbursement from the warranty company. Everything explained perfectly

Reception staff were absolutely spot on. All know what they are talking about. Extremely polite , helpful. Just very nice people who put you at ease. Other garages or dealers I’ve been in the past you feel just a number they want to pass the book. Not these guys they seem like they genuinely care, and go out their way to help you.

I’ll be going here for my services MOT and repairs in future.

I had a major problem with my Mercedes a200 amg. Manifold carbon build up and boost problem ask could they fix it. Yes and they did. They are very knowledgeable explained everything to me even done a software update very professional guys who do know there stuff Will Shane & Rob I talked to now my car is running like it was when I first got it brilliant oh and I picked it up shining nice and clean with a mb tech air freshener in so kind of them. Really care about your car. All my services mot’s and any other issues will be going mb tech. Thank you guys 👌

Great friendly bunch, Rob is a great guy and they really know there stuff when it comes to Mercedes. Very reasonable prices.

Stupidly I’ve always had the impression, stick with main dealers to get the quality and service on your cars. Well as from today that has changed, these guys blow any main dealer out of water on everything, from communication, quality, price and understanding the customer needs.

There isn’t enough words to describe how pleased I am with the work that’s been done on my car, just wish I they had been mentioned or recommended before, but we all live and learn!

Main dealers can do one, from now on its MB Tech every time for me. Thank you all.

Without doubt these are the best people I've ever used to work on my Mercedes. The communication, the work carried out, everything you would expect and more. Just superb.

5 weeks to book a car in for a repair, with no cancellation list, their is basically no hope of an earlier appointment. They have you over a barrel with the warranty so you can't go anywhere else. shocking.

Used these guys multiple times with all my AMG'S, recently had my A45 in for some bits and pieces.

Never once has my car had to go back cause of shoddy work (which is rare these days) . Genuinely the only mercedes specialist I will use .

They have all the mercedes software and tools that the main dealers use themselves.

Great garage and proper skilled lads too .

Definitely recommend 👍🏼
