Mercedes Sudbury, MA Review: Unethical, Unprofessional
Mercedes of Sudbury, Massachusetts was responsive but the experience overall was poor and unprofessional. They need to train their staff. I was contacted by two people from their Internet Dept., which is redundant. Specifically I took issue with a few things:
1. Video sent by the young man revving the engine at cold start and then stating the cabin is quiet with the front door open. Foolish behavior.
2. One of the reps said she could not finance me since I live In California due to emissions law and Massachusetts not able to issue temp tags. Then asks would you be able to pay cash? Absurd request. I corrected her. I was then informed it's "company policy" not to issue temporary tags. Discriminatory to say the least and they try cover their false information.
As someone who has purchased cars for well over 20 years and has worked on every car I've owned, this dealership is incompetent. I would find another dealer that is customer centric and deserving of your business. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝, 𝐆𝐌 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬.
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney general. The dealership has chosen empty rhetoric over action.
