As a passionate women's midlife health Nutritionist and coach, I have been transformed by this training. The quality, structure and value gained from this training had empowered and built my capacity to become a great woman I was dreaming of. At 42 , I'm already experiencing perimenopause and I needed a consultation, but guess what the MEG training has given me an opportunity to heal before helping others. This is in alignment with my purpose. I'm now ready to connect, learn, practice and grow with the esteemed MEG team. This training has given me all and more than I imagined.

From my initial call with Rona to completing the training, the experience with MEG has been wonderful. I have learnt so much and feel in a much better position to support women in the workplace as well as understand my own personal journey and what to expect from menopause. From my meeting with Rona this morning, I have not been able to close the training. From a personal and professional level I found information that was thought provoking and insightful. I just could not put down the content and go and do something else today. The psychosocial aspects of the course and dietary sections were an enjoyable part of the learning and I intend to use some of these pointers and recipes myself !! Thank you to the MEG and I cannot believe it took me 2 years to decide to achieve my license !!

I loved the bite size components of the course making it easy to navigate and complete. The content was informative and insightful and easy to apply to both myself and others. This course was absolutely fabulous. It was extremely informative and thorough. I've taken other Menopausal Coaching trainings that wasn't as thorough and informational as this one. MEG's Menopause training was very direct and addressed all levels of menopause in both an academic and personal point of view. I feel well informed and ready to support my potential clients.

The training is so relevant to my goals in joining this group. It's pretty comprehensive but as they are structured in bite size plus there's an option to listen if you don't want to read, that was brilliant! That meant I could move around while listening to it through my earbuds.

I'd definitely revisit the various sections to help boost my own research whenever I need it.

I highly recommend the training.

I signed up to be a licensed Champion and Partner with the menopause in February 2024 following a turbulent battle with the menopause myself, As a qualified FE teacher myself, I was surprised by the lack of knowledge and support for women going through this confusing stage of there life, whilst I could do a menopause coaching course this wasn't enough for me, I needed the expert advice that I new was correct and was updated regularly, The ability to educate other women and there families, MEG provide continued training , support and guidance to all champions, my best career choice by far! Nearly a year on, I have a monthly membership program supporting many women positively through their journey, I have worked with local councils and groups to offer Pause4menopause meet ups and Talks, I offer workplace half and full day workshops for managers, I continue to grow and have many close relationships with other Menopause Champions, The MEG team are on hand to assist and I have had supportive conversations with Dee Murry and Rona when I needed the support required. Having attended the Meg conference this reinforced the strong partnership between business partners and Meg team. I cannot thank them enough. Looking forward to celebrating a Year with MEG!

This program is amazing. It is very comprehensive and designed in bite - sized modules that are easy to read and remember. The information is very current, up-to-date and based on science. The support team is very prompt, encouraging and helpful. I am very excited to embark on this journey and help as many women as I can with this knowledge!

It is with regret to write this, as looking at other reviews, the company are doing well. So I am hoping this comes across as being constructive as a business owner myself My Menopause Gym and a lecturer.
When a business becomes successful and bigger it can lose touch with their clients. Especially when a dissatisfied customer needs a service or has a query.
I feel this has become my experience with My Menopause Experts. I have on several occasions over the past year tried to ask for guidance only to be told that they are on holiday or they forgot. Or giving me their calendly dates for the following week. Due to this experience I put my monthly payments on hold until someone could be bothered to call me.

Unfortunately I have been told by Pay It Monthly that if I do not pay the direct debit I receive a default on my credit score. I have emailed and used what's app. Communication between both parties are zero. So I am left as a very dissatisfied customer who is paying £169 a month with no return or connection with My Menopause Experts. Maybe having a Customer service team on hand every day to handle queries maybe the way to go. ? It has taken me 6 months to get to this stage and to write this. I have still not had a call.

I've really enjoyed this course. It gives a concise overview of the physical and emotional changes women go through during the menopause journey. I loved the format of the course, particularly the nutrition element.

The course was easy to follow and structure. The added voice recording is a win, I could read and listen at the same time. I appreciate the fact that I can always go back and revisit any of the modules. I enjoyed the course and most off the information I could relate to.

What a fantastic course! Thank you for the dedication to create such an informative package. I feel heard and seen and have come out the other end feeling powerful and motivated to be a champion!
