Recommended by a friend. So pleased I booked. Highly recommend. Came out feeling relieved. Recommended Clarity which appeared to work for me from day one. Only thing I’m unsure about is at what time of day is best to take the supplement.

Hazel was so supportive. She listened to every point and was able to guide and explain things well. She followed up to check I was OK on the treatment and amended it as required.

I found my initial appointment really helpful and felt well understood and had more clarity about what I needed to do to better manage my HRT, however I found the ‘aftercare’ very problematic. I hadn’t arranged the short review appt at the time they suggested (for various reasons) and when I did get in touch as needed to speak to someone, felt that they were forcing me in to booking a full review at a cost (which I didn’t feel I needed). I found the woman I spoke to very unhelpful. She could not understand my point of view at all. Even when I eventually managed to get my question through to the nurse (via email only) I received a fairly terse email back. Not even a phone call.
So I cannot recommend.

I saw Hazel in October having been suffering with menopause symptoms for a while and not having much success discussing the issue with my GP surgery. I can’t tell you the relief of having someone to sit and listen to me and recognise all my symptoms and then know with certainty that I was going to be on a path to feeling like myself again !! I had no help from GP one of the nurses mentioned Hazel so I decided to go and see her. The best thing I ever did! I am 64 and the way I was feeling was terrible. She sorted me out so quickly and put me on hrt gel and I now back to my old self. Don't hesitate to go you won't regret it!

I've been going to the Bristol Menopause clinic for a few months now and both Jo and Hazel have been so much help.
I would say I'm a "complicated case" going through perimenopause, so I really needed some help when it came to HRT.
They have supported me through it and helped in so many ways.
I would definitely recommend them.

Going through Menopause is like losing yourself and the ability to communicate effectively.

You feel like no one understands a word you're saying, generally because you struggle to understand what is happening to your mind and body and it's impossible to effectively articulate what you are feeling and thinking.

GPs seem to only offer a generic & limited response/treatment, which rarely meets your individual needs/symptoms.

Speaking with Hazel was like a wave of relief. I felt like I was being heard and understood for the first time in a VERY long time.

Hazel skilfully & empathetically walked me through my own & family medical history. She asked questions never asked & fed back answers and insight never offered before. At last things made sense!

With each piece of information gained, another possible remedy was identified - who knew there were so many options available to women.

I cant explain what it feels like to lose yourself & I am beyond grateful to Hazel and her clinic for re-gifting me with my clarity and sense of wellbeing.

I have tried to contact you many times about my payment. Although hi have tried to use the Internet form of payment 10 times or more I cannot make it work. Maybe my cataracts are impeding my eyesight too much. I have requested to do it by telephone with no response from you this is getting to be urgent now as I am running out of my HRT.
