A total waste of time.
A total waste of time.
I told them when I made the appointment and again when I dropped the car off, if they use a code reader it gives a false error which has already been fixed.
They had my car for almost 8 hours and all they did was use a code reader and tell me what I already told them. They could of did that in the first half hour and not waste my whole day.
They obviously don't have any mechanical knowledge, if it doesn’t come up on the code reader then they don’t have a clue. I’ll never use them again.

Been using Mendalls for years now
Been using Mendalls for years now. Service has always been excellent. Never a problem, fast book in and action on repairs, super flexible can fit me in at short notice(my bad) No trust issues. No issues post repairs. Kate, has been exceptional for information and guidance, very friendly, needs a raise! I moved area and still stay with this garage..

I have been a customer of Mendall Auto Services for several years and I have always received from them very high quality service and repairs for all of my cars.
They are kind, available, patient, knowledgeable, honest and they always complete every job on time.
