Danielle Kay is a pleasure to work with. No only is she very knowledgeable about her products but she is most considerate and polite to consult with. She is a great asset to Memory Suppliers.

Danielle has helped me on a couple of occasions to get the memory sticks done with various logos. She is always quick to respond and works closely with the art dept to ensure the finished logo will look its best - coming back with suggestions when they think it may need some tweaking. This last order needed to be drop shipped to South Africa and still it arrived on time and looking great. They get a "10" from me for service, quality and responsiveness. Can't ask for better customer service.

My company requested a bid last year for flash drives and we ended up going with a different company - bad decision! This year, we made the right choice and purchased our Client Holiday gifts from Memory Suppliers. They went ahead and packaged each item for us in its own package for us...without even having to ask! I have ordered mulitple times from this company and they are professional and kind. I have ordered about 300 Hard Drives and 800 Flash Drives and I have only had two that have had problems. Memory Suppliers has told me that they guarantee all there drives and those two that don't work I can send back. We went with a company that was less expensive in the begining but had so many problems that we were more than happy to pay a little extra to get what we needed when we need it.

I had a great experience with Memory Suppliers and will probably use them again. My only problem was the stress of finding out that the items were shipped on the day they were actually supposed to arrive at their destination.

Eric and his team were able to load some drives with our information and send it out next day so we did have something to use - but most of our attendees ended up with items that did not have our website address on them - which was one of our marketing tools we had intended to use.

I do feel that everything that could be done was done to make it right..it was just an incredibly stressful incident that could have been easily avoided.

The staff had plenty of excuses of why my order was floating around but not delivered, primarily blaming although they had created addresses for me instead of contacting me.
