"Bait & Switch" Price
I have placed two orders with Mellokids for two different items within the past two weeks. First item I received an email confirming the item had been shipped which was not correct. Shortly after that I received another email saying the item had been mis-priced and I needed to give them another $100.01 for them to ship item. Before I could respond they said I would be receiving a refund (still waiting for that to clear). Due to positive reviews, I thought I would try another item and placed an order. Today I get the same message that this item had also been mis-priced (after they had accepted the order and claimed it had shipped). Now they want another $270 in order for the item to be shipped! One "mistake" I can understand, twice tells me this is not a good company and may be doing a "bait and switch" on their web site. I will wait to get my refunds before I decide who I should contact to report Mellokids behavior. Make me wonder if their positive reviews are legit?
