Sent the wrong item and I sent the item back and now left out of pocket and no item
I bought HY-GEN HYDRO BLOOM GROW A&B 1L from melbournehydro ebay store thinking it was a good deal. Plus I have protection if things go south. Well they did I end up getting a cheaper product GROW LUSH. I didn't want that otherwise I would have bought that. I contacted the seller then ebay for a return to sender. I get a shipping label and promptly sent the item back that day. When I got home I decided to get the ball rolling for a refund so contacted paypal. Well I didn't know that doing so would cancel the return label. Had to wait for an opportunity to contact auspost the next day since by the time I found out it was after closing time. In the end she just said they could get it or it be return to me but no defendant information. Then paypal said that the item was not different and rule in the seller favor. So by that logic I buy a F250 and get a Jazz but no refund since I got a car. So now I am out of pocket and no item. All because the seller sent me the wrong item. Yes mistakes happen, but all I wanted was what I payed for. It didn't help that I had to deal with scammer on ebay not shipping items, fake tracking id or receiving wrong items. I just hope that if they do get the item they do the right thing and send me the items I paid for because I still need them. Or a refund. I am totally at they mercy now. I will be deleting my ebay and paypal accounts. I don't need this hassle in my life and buying what I need at the local store with cash.
