Absolutely disgraceful behaviour
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. They’re lying and tricking people — changing their Terms & Conditions without notice or consent. Typical crooks. When buying or using points, don’t believe a single thing they promise. I genuinely don’t understand how the authorities aren’t interested in what they’re doing. We’re all supposed to be protected under consumer law, yet they seem to get away with breaking it, and no one does anything about it.
Koala Pals™ Kids Pack (SAVINGS PACK) – £9.80. What a joke! Buying them individually works out cheaper — £7.50 total, £3.75 each. Where exactly is the “saving”? They’re openly misleading customers. It’s unbelievable how they can get away with this sort of thing.
Read the ingredients before purchasing
Cleaning products are good. Meaning non toxic. Make sure you read ingredients on everything you want to purchase. Not happy to find sucralose in the electrolytes. Not happy that the first ingredient in the baby lotion is soybean oil. Read the ingredients. This company sells itself for being clean on ingredients. It's not.
Don't believe a word reps say to get you in this company
The rep that tried to get me in this company was not only pushy, (like she said she wouldn't be) but totally misleading saying there isn't any auto ship, etc. then rudely said I was ghosting her when I didn't answer her text about a $1 sign up expiring today. I wouldn't sign with this company if it was the last one on earth, and certainly not with a rep like the one I experience.
Having worked the business
Having worked the business, I think they have a great compensation plan and some good products, however, they are not the health and wellness products for me. Lots of unnecessary ingredients for a plant focused company, what ever happened to just single whole food ingredients? The most annoying thing in dealing with the company was when decided I wanted to cancel my account, they still tried to get a payment out of me for a backup order that I never received. Having worked in retail, accounting and customer service for over a decade myself, they should have just removed the balance owing, knowing that they still had the products in their warehouse rather pester me with a phone call every single day to pay the balance, just to leave a credit on my account for when I decided to return. Why give you my money to hold? Lastly, the CS rep I called about this had a bit of attitude when I said I don't think that I'll be shopping there again and if they would please stop contacting me with phone calls and texts. It's a great store for people looking for better options for the inner isles of the grocery store, not crunchy granola people like myself.
WHAT A SHAM, HIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD
Someone conned my wife into signing up as a 'member' of this company. I started noticing all these $100ish per month charges from this company on my credit card statement. After a couple of these similar charges I ask my wife why we keep getting charged around $100 from this company I've never heard of. She tells me she's placing orders for things she needs. Then I start noticing all this stuff in our cabinets which no one is using. I ask again and she tells me she has to order a certain amount every month, but we'll use it. More months go by and more of this stuff shows up. Then one month I see something like "meleluca bkup ordr" on the credit card statement. I ask again and she says "I forgot to place an order, so they just send me things".... WHAT? So, you are REQUIRED TO SPEND a certain amount of money a month with this company? That's nuts. She says, "well, I really like several of thier products". I say "well, then order those products and nothing else." She tells me she can't do that... again, NUTS! Her 'membership' was cancelled immediately. Any more charges from this scam company on my credit card will be disputed with my credit card issuer. I'm not sure what sucked my wife into 'joining' this scam company, but I would advise anyone to stay far away. Just like any other legit company, if their products are really that great and needed and useful then people would just naturally gravitate to those products and order them organically without needing to be 'pushed' into a minimum order every month. I'd love to know what value this company is providing by forcing you to spend a certain amount every month? Free shipping? Well, there are thousands of companies who provide free shipping with no required minimum spend. Imagine if your local grocery store had a minimum weekly or monthly spend in order to be able to shop there - whether or not you needed anything. Most people wouldn't shop there. If you value your money, stay far far away from Meleluca.
High prices. Some low quality products!
High prices, but generally quality products. The company is supporting reps and pays them, offers free product, and sends them on tropical trips if they meet sales and new rep enrollee quotas. Only one product I've tried so far, 4 months in, that was REALLY bad...the beef sticks. Both plain and jalapeño. Super fatty, not enough spice, and ran into gristel and a piece of bone! Not right, especially for the high price paid! Quality control is a cornerstone of customer satisfaction. Needs some work. The plain popcorn is also not great. Renew lotions are stellar! But again, expensive. Overall, not a bad experience but not great either. Lowering prices, better QC, and less payouts to reps with customers underneath might get them up to a 4 or 5 star rating. Right now...meh!

These products have been life changing for me.
Honest review from someone that liked them!
Here is my honest review. They get two stars because I really liked their laundry and cleaning products as well as the electrolytes for my son. I do like that someone answers the phone if you call.
The problems:
It became a chore having to order every month so I called them (you have to call to cancel). The gentleman said he could set it up to where my account will just accumulate certificates every month, then I can buy with those certificates when I’m ready. 👍 Sounded good to me. Today I went to buy and use my $216 of certificates (I’ve purchased, my money) and the $30.15 of loyalty dollars my account had earned. Nope!👎 melaleuca still wanted me to spend an additional $150 to earn the 35 points. My certificates (that I purchased, should act as cash!!) do not accumulate points. Took 1 hour over the phone for them to run the order for me on the back end. They did not honor My $30.15 earned Loyalty rewards. My time was worth more than those $30. It took an additional 20 minutes to cancel my account. Melaleuca will email you a form you must fill out, sign and email back in order to try and cancel. And you have to wait a couple days for them to process and email you a confirmation it was cancelled. I am super disappointed and upset with melaleuca. I was trying to support an American company. I would not sign up or recommend signing up to anyone.
Amazing, worth every penny!
I'm usually skeptical of new products that make really amazing claims like Melaleuca does. I've tried other "natural" products that never worked as well as the mainstream grocery store-style products. In our family, we have asthma, allergies, migraines, sensitive skin/sensory sensitivities. We usually haven't been able to use anything scented. I was so pleasantly surprised when we tried Melaleuca; the scents don't bother us at all, or irritate our skin. The cleaning products work better than the typical ones, and they don't give me headaches or asthma flares. I think the most remarkable example of how amazing the products are are the tooth polish and mouth rinse. I have periodontitis, and my gums always bled withe very toothpaste and mouth wash I tried, and they usually tasted terrible. I was amazed that within a few days of using these products, my gums stopped bleeding and my teeth were no longer sensitive. They've been healthy ever since.
The proof is really in the pudding, as the old saying goes. Try for yourself and see! (Note : I'm not a distributor, just a customer.)
Cancellation is a pain
I’ve bought over $100 a month for a year. Some of the products are good but about half of the products do not perform as well as my old products. Just to name a few: the toilet bowl cleaner has to be used every other day vs weekly for my old one. The laundry pre-spot and laundry detergent don’t get stains out.
You have to order by a certain date or you get a backup order. It has proven difficult to remember to order in time.
The last straw is how difficult it is to cancel. I have cancelled other services over the years and have not had to print off a form, fill out the form and send it back. Just take a cancellation over the phone or have an online cancellation. Don’t insult us by making us jump through hoops.
I’m very disappointed with Melaleuca
I’m very disappointed with Melaleuca. I did not place any order, yet I still received a package — and was charged for it. My friend also received a “convenience certificate” that she never ordered, and when she called to ask about it, she was told it was non-refundable. How can something be non-refundable when it wasn’t even requested?
The refund process is extremely slow compared to other online companies, where you usually get your money back within days. With Melaleuca, it feels like they delay and make it as difficult as possible.
This experience has been frustrating and feels misleading and borderline scammy. I would strongly recommend being cautious if you’re considering ordering from them or signing up.
Awful, they told me it would cure cancer. A load of shit. Do not recommend. Pyramid scan 100% do yourself a favour. Go else were
Awful and so hard to cancel. They
I ordered a 3-pack of deodorant and…
I ordered a 3-pack of deodorant and mistakenly ordered the deodorant only, not deodorant + antiperspirant. I called customer service and they are sending me another 3-pack free and said to keep or donate the ones I ordered. Great customer service and the rep was super friendly.
I’ve been a loyal customer for 30…
I’ve been a loyal customer for 30 years.
The CEO sent out a newsletter in May supporting RFK Jr as Secretary of HHS.
I immediately cancelled my membership and account.
They cancelled my membership asap but made it somewhat difficult to cancel my account. Meaning, I’m not obligated to buy more products but I still had an account with them.
I hope it’s being resolved.
I absolutely love their products
I absolutely love their products. They are high quality and affordable. Their vitamins have made a huge difference in our family. The cleaning supplies are second to none.
They will keep your money!!
If you ever order from them, and GOD FORBID you ask for a refund for an order that never showed up to your doorstep, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE FULL REFUND. They still charge you shipping for a product you never received!!! I paid 133 and some change for my order. I was refunded 119 back and they charged for shipping still. Dishonest company. Do not buy from them.
Leisure Pants a Pleasant Surprise
I just got the leisure pants I ordered, a little wary because they are a men’s size 2XL, but absolutely love how they fit and feel. I am a female who is just over 6 feet tall and it feels great to wear comfy pants that touch my ankles. They were a great price too! I joined Melaleuca for the high quality vitamins and keep finding gems in other products. The loyalty dollar amount that repays my shipping gives me the extra funds to try products that I might not otherwise try. The videos provide coupons but they’re very informative, I feel confident that my family is well taken care of with these products.
Love love LOVE this company based on…
Love love LOVE this company based on over 20 years a customer. I started when I heard about safer products that I could use around our four young kids and never looked back. They ALWAYS pick up the phone and ALWAYS are helpful. Shocked at any negatives. They truly never took the time to know Melaleuca or its products and I feel sorry for those that didn’t. BTW They were just recently ranked as one of Americas most trusted brands by USA Today! So I guess they have a few satisfied customers; right. Thanks Melaleuca for the quality AND savings of time and money! <3
Don't do it
Don't do it! the products are not what they say they are and the business model is definitely not what they say it is! I was sucked into this garbage under false pretenses and now what was supposed to be a full cash refund is just over half of what they owe me and it is being credited to my melaleuca account not the credit card that it was charged on. They are nothing but a scam, a full on scam! I did warn them that if they didn't return my money properly I was going to start posting all over social media So here we are and this is just the beginning.
Not only that you are completely lied to about getting into the program to make money or for business growth. You are showed a video that's supposed to be top secret on how to make money by going after podcasters and social media influencers and they'll show you how to do it so you don't have to bug your friends and family. LIES! Then you are given a script to read which actually guides you through when people say no and how to get them to buy.
Don't fall for it!
