I have already sent multiple emails from this address to your support team, and support agent Gabriella was communicating with me from there. You have been provided with absolutely every single document and detail you requested. This constant delay and asking for the same information over and over again is just a stall tactic. If you continue to drag this out and do not process my £570 wire transfer today, I am taking this straight to the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), IBAS, and will pursue legal action in court for intentionally withholding my funds.
