Made a baby wait in the freezing cold for 1 hour

They put the wrong postcode for drop off in their email (25 mins away from Heathrow!)

They were rude and hung up, made us wait in the cold. And company seems to be young “rude boys” who are petty criminals and inexperienced. Avoid this scam

We thought the problems ended there. We got a parking ticket of £100 for use of the car in a random hotel car away, miles were used and after hearing reports of people’s engines and tires changed.. we now need to go to a dealership to see what they’ve changed in our car. Some lights have been flashing on since they returned it; and the car has mud all over the inside.

Avoid. Anyway, their website and phone is no longer in use so I’m guessing the police caught up with them. I’ll be phoning the police to make a statement on this

Avoid! They outsource to external cowboy 'parking providers' and will deny any responsibility. My car was driven in excess of 600 miles! We waited 4 hours at Heathrow upon return. Only reason we got it back is because we have tracker and son drove to airport with second key. Car was damaged, filthy, tank empty. I have made a police report. No apology, no assistance, no refund.

This company is a scam, we tried ringing the number when we landed but no one is picking up.
No one can even tell us where our car is, they have given us lots of reasons, now we are worried if we will still have our car!

AVOID!!!!!!

I arrived the postcode UB3 1AR like community center then need to find the guys, anyway call the number 07862277770 finally found them.
and they said "ohh we tried to reach you regarding our shuttle buss broke down"
calling me one hour which I was aready driving to Heathrow :) ok so
what we gonna do : Do not worry our guy will drive you to Heatrow then bring your car back then we will pick you up the same slot that we drop you off. Ok
But All familly so stress, I do not know these guys and how I know when i come back, my car will be there.
anyway we gonna lose the flight.
I need to pay extra for parking T5. then leave the key with him. I took the License image ( Mr Sing).
any way then we left.
Returning: We call the company - and no worries we will be there- go where you left the car ok. HEATHROW T5 so busy imaging sept 2022. (i am just putting this details because i want google pick this up so no one get stress with this worst service).

Guy Mr Sing called me please come T5 - Ground Floor so we went there after crazy busy human traffic jam.
He dropped the car where is not suppose to be then off course traffic warden gave me a ticket for £40 quit. anyway we left.
I tried to contact the people, with mobile details I gave above. We will sort it so on.
Nothing happened offocurse and I am here now.
so I lost £130 for this HEATHROW parking service.

Not sure how i ve done this booking but check google review and trust pilot before do any booking. Purple parking is the best.

Avoid!
This company is also known as White Lines car park Heathrow ltd and airport parking global serviced.
Very unprofessional - young guys who didn’t even know what they were doing and clearly very inexperienced.
They scratched an alloy on the way into the car park and have repeatedly ignored my 9 emails and numerous calls. Until last night when they responded with an email pasting their terms and conditions.
Read the other reviews of the other company names to get a true reflection of how bad this company is. I cannot for a minute believe the positive reviews on here. Shocking customer service

One of the best meet & greet I’ve experienced today, the customer service was outstanding from the driver, my car was dropped off on time. I will definitely be using the service again and I highly recommend this company.

The reasons why I given 5 stars is that I received smooth and excellent customer service today and my vehicle was handed to me on time. I will be definitely be using this company services again and I'll encourage my family and friends to use this company when travelling.

On the way back terminal 5 we arived ,our car was befor time at t5 staff was so friendly recomending to all of you 100 save and quick service ever i seen in hithrow

This company has a good service & I am fully satisfied with this company. Every driver comes on proper time & good behaviour.

Overall great experience, punctual with timings and didn’t have to wait for long and the operator was very helpful at the start when I got lost. He guided me to the car park when I got lost which was very pleasant of him.

These are very bad people. I left my vehicle with them at Bristol airport, they say, they are 15 minutes away from the airport, but on arrival it took 1hr20 minutes to deliver my car and fuel had gone down more than half of what I left and 85 additional miles on my car. The worst part, I am a Roman Catholic Christian and always have my rosary hanging on The dash board of my car every time, they took out my religious item and put it somewhere else, disrespecting my religion which is very very hurtful and a sign they were using my car for their businesses in, in addition to that, my car scented of cigarette and a lighter was left in my car, and my partner is asthmatic and can’t stand cigarettes. A clear sign they were using my car for something else. This is the worst company I’ve Ever worked with my entirely life.

Do not use! Terrible company! Also known as white lines carpark Heathrow.
We were made to wait for half an hour when we arrived as the driver was not here.
And when we returned we were made to wait for my car for nearly two hours. Total con artists.

Possibly the most hopeless company I have ever had to deal with. I think they want to get it right, but they are simply totally incapable and disorganised. And they have a horrid of lying to try and cover up their inadequacies. Avoid.

Absolutely avoid this company. Arrived at T3 Heathrow and they had no idea where my car was. 2 other individuals were in a similar predicament, one car arrived with a flat tyre and the other couldn’t be delivered because the battery was flat. The only reason I got my car back that night was because I have a tracker on the vehicle and told them where it was. Total scammers, I’ve disputed the charge on my card as they are ignoring my requests for a refund. They’re a disgrace.
