Good experience but expensive

The vets were Absolutely brilliant with Bonnie very informative and reassuring and really put our minds at rest knowing we were leaving her in safe hands .

Very helpful and friendly and welcoming staff. Explained everything we asked and didn’t feel rushed

Dr Nicola performed dental treatment and teeth extraction on my cat. The wounds have been healing well and cat is recovering well too. Friendly staff and everything well followed up.

Excellent Care

I can’t thank Medivet Broadstone enough for the care they gave my 1-year-old puppy, Milo, during what was an incredibly stressful and worrying situation.

I called them after finding Milo very unwell, and they got him seen immediately. The team were so caring and reassuring, thoroughly checked him over and explained everything clearly. He had a very high temperature and was treated promptly with medication and antibiotics.

Thankfully, Milo was back to his usual self within a few days.

I’m so grateful to the team at Medivet Broadstone for their quick response, kindness and professionalism. It’s such a comfort knowing Milo is in such good hands. Thank you! ❤️🐾

Showed great empathy to our emergency situation. Staff and vet were excellent and extremely clean and professional premises.

We were extremely impressed with Alex who examined and treated our tortoise Terry. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us valuable advice on caring for him.

We were able to admit our sick dog to the hospital with very little notice. we were met in the road by four nurses and vet to stretcher our dog into the surgery/hospital. Quickly diagnosed and treated.

Excellent service. My cat had an injury which they were able to get us in to see him within an hour. Ellie was amazing (thank you) and offered excellent care and treatment. My first experience with Medivet as we’re new to the area but will be registering all of our animals with them. Thank you.

I can’t thank the team at Medivet Richmond enough for what they did for my two puppies, Pax and Zeus.

I rescued them when they were just eight weeks old, and both were extremely unwell with parvovirus. Medivet Richmond were the only practice I could find that had the interferon needed to treat them. After the initial three days of treatment, they still required another week of intensive care, which the Richmond team were able to accommodate.

Throughout that time, they put an extraordinary amount of care, effort and genuine love into looking after Pax and Zeus. They kept me informed, reassured me during an incredibly stressful time, and most importantly, gave two very sick little puppies the best possible chance of surviving.

I genuinely believe that without the team at Medivet Richmond, Pax and Zeus would not be here today. They are now happy, healthy dogs, and I will always be enormously grateful to everyone who helped save them.

The compassion and dedication of the vets, nurses and entire team went far beyond what I could have expected. Since then, I’ve remained a Medivet customer at my local practice in London, largely because of the trust and confidence that experience gave me in them.

I owe Medivet Richmond a huge debt of gratitude. Thank you to everyone who cared for Pax and Zeus and helped get them through it. I will never forget what you did for them, or for me.
