I enjoy this app because their weight loss programs are patented. It was really important to find a program I can truly trust. I also appreciate the educational aspect of the app, and as others have mentioned, the food and recipes are amazing. It only takes 15-20 minutes to prep them.
I’m a big fan of the chat feature with the nutritionist. I think it’s very useful. You can ask questions and get answers really quickly. I’ve never seen a program like this before. I’m truly enjoying my experience so far and have already lost 2 lbs.
