From what I can see, you contacted us via Live Chat advising us that unfortunately your parcel was delayed in transit.
Due to the delay, we actioned a refund of your shipping charge.
As per our standard procedure, we then opened an investigation with the courier.
We requested information on the items that you were missing so we could action a further refund, this time for the missing items.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope from Medisave. Unfortunately, Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the wrong address, and the proof-of-delivery photo clearly did not show my property or any recognised safe place.
I contacted Medisave, and their customer service team responded promptly, investigated the issue with Royal Mail, and kept me updated throughout the process. They were professional, helpful, and even offered a replacement or refund while the matter was being investigated.
Fortunately, the person who received the parcel by mistake kindly brought it to my address, so the issue was resolved. Throughout the whole process, Medisave’s support was excellent and gave me confidence that the situation would be handled fairly.
A special thank you to Edward Taylor from the customer service team for his professionalism, clear communication, and prompt assistance throughout the process. His support was greatly appreciated.
I am also very pleased with the stethoscope itself—it is exactly what I was looking for and fully meets my expectations.
Thank you to Edward and the Medisave team for their excellent customer service. I would happily purchase from Medisave again and would highly recommend them to other healthcare professionals.
