My dog LOVES these! My old girl is 9 years old and she started limping from arthritis but ever since I started giving her the Joint treats she hasn’t had as much pain!

I ordered from this company mid February and my card was charged. Never received the product. Phone# is disconnected and they haven't replied to the MANY emails I have sent. Even tried actually writing via snail mail to company. No response. Then last week they charged my card again which I reported to my bank as fraud. I want my money returned!

I recently purchased the calming chews for my dog. WOW I have tried everything from CBD, to online home remedies to help with his anxiety and nothing worked. Until I found this company Medipups I can see a world of difference. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

When I received my order the jar was filled with hairy mold covered dog vitamin chews. Completely unusable and gross.

That said, they were out of production and I would be receiving them soon. I sent another email after 4 weeks asking for a refund. No response from the company whatsoever. I'm concerned that this is a scheme. And I have ordered from a different company. This company has terrible customer service. There is no way you can contact a person to speak to it. All has to go through emails. Please be careful not to use this company.6 weeks ago

I ordered my calming chews almost a month ago and still haven’t heard anything. They already took my money.

I placed an order on May 28, 2023. I have emailed them 8 times and i have still not received the dog bed.

I wish I could have left zero stars! Ordered a jar on March 13th. Have sent numberous emails inquiring about my order. No response. Tried to call but phone # is not valid. What a scam company!

I ordered 2 jars of a product from them... they sent 1 jar and charged for 2 with no explanation. Their toll free # does not work. I sent multiple emails to their "support team" with no response. Then, they billed my credit card a third time! It's called Fraud.

The product didn’t work for my dogs so I tried to cancel and they just keep sending the product and there is no way to call them and they do not respond to my emails telling them to cancel. This has been the worst experience ever. I’m guessing that they are scammers!!

Contacted via support weeks ago to stop subscription- no reply; contacted again last week no reply; contacted again this week; no reply; tried the # posted- no “this number is not in service”.

This company is a complete scam. I spent over a $100. on a Dog bed, buy one get one free. I never got the first one. They answered two emails long enough for me to not be able to contest the charges. Do not trust these thieves.

I ordered the dog beds, buy one get one. Scam!!! Never received the beds and the phone number is a scam also. I was offered my money back, but did that happen? NO

They could improve by sending what you purchase, getting a working phone number, answering the support emails with something other than having received it, stop auto charging when asked. In short being the company they claim they are. Thank God the credit card used refunded me. I don’t understand how anyone rates them anything more than one star (only way to review). I guess they have a lottery system in which they occasionally do send something so they can stay online to scam more money.

Still no beds, and no refund!!! Since 6/6/23!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Never received the dog beds ordered in June and calming chews still getting charged for the calming chews and now got one bottle again charged after said did not want and want refunded this is plain bulls——-

I ordered the pet bed, which was 2 for 1 in July 2023. Their phone number is a non-working number. I have emailed medipups and have gotten a standard reply of a ticket was created on my behalf and my request was being reviewed. I did speak to a Genevieve in August before the phone number became a non-working number and she assured me I would get reimbursed the additional $9.99 I was charged even after never getting the beds. I was credited the $9.99, but the next month, they charged me again. I am still owed the original $49.99 plus the additional $9.99. Oh, there's a guy named Zach that told me to have patience. I think I have been plenty patient since it is now December 13th and I still haven't received the beds. Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like I’m in the same boat as it hers, ordered June1, it’s know Dec, 2023 and nothing, must be a scam.

Ordered buy on get one dog bed in July of 2023.. It is now November and nothing!! Multiple emails to them. No refund and No bed. Total scam. 100$ down the drain.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been over 6 months and no dog beds. The contact number for the company doesn’t work. They responded to the first couple emails about delays and refunds. Now never respond and lost $100. Complete fraud and a scam.
