Great experience... Ordered prescription only treatment (the sort the private prescription), late morning, and the legit branded product was there by 10am the next day! Was a bit worried before ordering here, but was v impressed! Will use again

It was antibiotics that was requested for a tooth abscess, not crack cocaine.

You ordered your medication on Friday 15th July at 21:31 (Yes, a Friday night at 9:31pm in the evening)
We operate Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. This is clearly shown on the website. So your order was not seen until Monday morning 18th, when it was processed and went out to you the same day.
We can only apologise for not working 24/7. We do work hard and our reviews clearly show it, but we do need weekends off.

update: they've sorted the refund, it's the bank taking their time. Just a shame I've had to mess around going elsewhere.
Were initially good when I got a private prescription from them but then they declined the repeat prescription and I'm still owed a refund weeks later. Bought elsewhere half the price.

First time using this service
First time using this service . Couldn’t get dental appointment with dentist or emergency service . Knew I had an abscess (pain and swelling) . Ordered antibiotics and they arrived next day . Brilliant!

Excellent service
Never used before but reviews looked good. Had to complete a medical questionnaire which was quite reassuring, including my GP details so they can be notified of what I have ordered (this was optional). Ordered on the Wednesday, delivered the following morning. Cannot fault the service. Would definitely use again.
