Mediation was set with Alex Christian…

Mediation was set with Alex Christian 10am - 1:30pm. Awful experience. A half day mediation ended up being a full day, ending at 4:45pm with no real conversation around compromise. Spent most of the day talking about house prices when there were four valuations on the table. No meaningful conversation was facilitated.

No mediation agreement was put into writing afterwards resulting in crossed wires and increased conflict. Neither party can agree on what was actually agreed, therefore an ultimate failure.

I cannot recommend less. I cannot believe these are registered mediators.
