Filmora is by far the best feature-rich and easy-to use video editor. What's more: it is priced way below other less-capable editors. You want one more: you can use it on any operating system you have WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA. Say you have a Windows 10 machine at home but a MAC at work. Or say you also want to use it on your iPAD as well. You're covered. I am writing this after trying 20+ video editors. I was looking for features that non of the video editors I looked at had. If any thing each editor had one or two features. Filmora had them ALL. Let me give you an example that non of the editors on the market has: you can import MULTIPLE srt caption files (say two translations captions) and place each on a video track Even Adobe Premiere and DaVinci can not do that. They only allow one. Also, Filmora plays very well with eastern languages. Save yourself time and effort and go buy one. You will thank me for this advice.

P.S. You can tell their UI/UX designers have spent a lot of time thinking about the user.

The products are easy to use and the customer service is top notch. They respond quickly and make every attempt to answer any questions or help with any issue. I'm not computer savvy and the Wondershare products are so easy that even I can use them effectively.

Easy to use, amazing ai tools to save hours of work

The quality of their AI creation (headshots) is simply the worst. Many mistakes in skin and hands and the images are blurry. Waste of money and time.

Very poor quality AI technology. Total waste of time and money. Very poor user interface, near impossible to contact customer service. Had to raise an complaint with PayPal to get a refund as they outright refused to meet their 30 day money back guarantee when I eventually got through to someone. Avoid wondershare, there are many better options out there.

I had a problem with my profile/email address and they respond promptly, accurately and with a human touch. I rarely get this level of attention from an online company. Now Wondershare is in my top list. These guys rock !

I have used Wondershare;s UniConverter for years ... since 2013 ... it was one of the first third party softwares i boght to compliment my editing.
