Okay, look. I gotta level with you about Wondershare Media.io. This is a 1 out of 5 stars situation, and here’s why you should probably steer clear. I ended up on Media.io because I had this video – nothing super fancy, but I wanted to bump up the quality a bit, make it look sharper, you know? Found their site, which seemed like a straightforward online tool for stuff like that. Figured, great, a quick fix without downloading some big software. So, I uploaded my video. The interface seems easy enough. I start messing with the settings to improve the quality, letting it do its thing. I spent a good while on it, watching the progress bar, seeing the preview, feeling like I was actually making headway. I got it looking just how I wanted, put in the time and the effort, felt like I was moments away from having the improved file. And then came the moment of truth. You click that 'Download' or 'Export' button, ready to finally grab your finished, higher-quality video. And BAM. Right in your face. "Pay us money." Seriously? After letting me spend all that time uploading, processing, working on the video to get it right? They let you go through the whole process, get right to the finish line, make you think you're just one click away from success, and then they slap you with the paywall. It felt like a complete bait and switch. There was no clear, upfront warning that actually getting the video you just spent time working on was completely locked behind a payment. They let you do all the labour, build up your expectations, and only then tell you it was all pointless unless you pay up. Honestly, it's incredibly frustrating and feels really deceptive. My time was totally wasted. I put in the effort editing that video for higher quality, only to find out I couldn't actually get my hands on the result without coughing up cash right at the bitter end. Save yourself the hassle and, more importantly, save your time. Don't get sucked into spending effort on this site only to get blocked at the last second. There are way better, more transparent options out there. Media.io? Not cool. Not cool at all.

I have great experience with their tools. I had some very windy videos and managed to remove all the noise and clear all the voices. Happy with the final results.

I use this platform for my work, and it's amazing. The generated video is awesome, and the price is the cheapest compared to the other platforms. I can save money by using this platform. No need for a long prompt, but a short one is okay.

AI is awesome. I wish I had millions but I am low income. I can't afford all these programs. The creative aspect of Wondershare is awesome. I recommend this company

Ai feature was completely useless, the results didn't even looks like me e.g. I don't have hair but the results had a lovely head of hair. Support refused to give me my money back and now I've raised a case with paypal to try reclaim what i spent.

Doesn't work for me. If you like to set out on an adventure of endless page reloading without getting anywhere then it may be for you though.

I try and upload a video and it just pops an alert:

"The website has been updated, please reload the page and try again". Forever. All cookies removed, multiple browsers tried, logged out and in. About 100 reloads and I'm done.

Wondeshare is a product to make any media. It has most of the features for different media.

The video creation quality from images or text is outstanding! It's the best I've come across so far. There are so many other features available on the site to explore. It's a creator's dream!

(I am changing my review from one star to three star because they went ahead and refunded me my money after this review) free trial is not free. Its a trick. No miss understanding it charged me for the first day because apparently media.io is the free trial but there was a charge for the media enhancer. Which is not stated clearly. So you scam by saying it's a free trial but then charge for other things. AGAIN BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS SERVICE

I never write reviews but my experience sucked just that bad! I only signed up to use the free trial because I find it silly to pay for services like this but they required a credit card which I stupidly entered. I signed up for month to month to use the free trial and after giving it a try for less than 1 day, I cancelled the service but was unable to remove my credit card info from the site. 2 days later I get charged for the ENTIRE year and had to cancel my only credit card just days before leaving the country for 3 months. Needless to say this is 100% a scam. Credit card in en-route to another friken country now because of this. So stupid.

Nope, not getting away with that silly reply to rectify, there is no tectification as I’ve already tried with this company and they failed miserably. The reply clearly shows they didn’t read my comment in its entirety. If they had, they wouldn’t have doubled down and said I needed to cancel the service within the 3 day free trial period. To reiterate what it literally says above… I DID cancel the service after 1 days use but was unable to delete my credit card info from their site. Also, I had only initially signed up for month-to-month but they charged my card the entire year which wasn’t addressed. And I’m sorry… they want me to give them MORE info now?! I’ve already had to shred my credit card and get a new one (in transit) to a different country. I’m pretty convinced this company thinks all of its victims are idiots. Which I can attest I was momentarily an idiot for not reading comments before sharing my info.

I've observed Media.io improve and adapt to the latest trends. What's good is that when compared with other online tools, Media.io is a complete package; a set of functions making things easier. Specifically with its AI generation abilities, I've been able to create some impressive content.

Total scam, do not buy. I was trying to find a vid editor and I could not get it to work properly. When I told them what was going on they said as it was already purchased and used ie me trying to get it to work, it could not be refunded. I literally used it to try to get it to do the thing it said it would do...how else would I know it does not work. Their advice to fix the problem was to buy a subscription. Nope. DO NOT BUY.

Nothing is free, the trial is a scam. Stay away!!

Most of the pictures cannot be uploaded and the outcomes are really bad. Nothing compared to description. It is poor quality generated images. Cartoon images would be more appropriate to describe the product.
And the 30 days guarantee is untrue, you discover the restricted conditions after purchase.

Liars...mentioned that available without watermarks..but the moment you login, they ask for subscription...and in free option, giving video with watermark.

really scam,,theres no one free for trial.I've been editing for so long on their website and they lied about giving a free trial to new users. So I've wasted my time.I can't download a 4 minute video on their website, whereas they can freely download at least 10 minutes... and I can't download my edited video
