No loyalty to existing customers
Been purchasing Mounjaro from Medexpress for a few months with no problems. Since the price rise people bulk buying have been prioritised over existing customers. No response to emails and unable to get through on the phone. I switched and went to Bolt who are very helpful and cheaper! There are many companies out there cheaper and with better customer service, go there instead!

Delivery process nowhere near good enough. Last month I requested the pen be picked up at a local post office instead they kept trying to deliver it to my home address despite me twice selecting and confirming pickup. On the third attempt in was just left on a common staircase shared by the entire building. This month although it did go to the local post office the pen was actually warm when I opened the parcel maybe thirtysomething degrees, definitely above 25 anyway. It seems like it was left on a shelf above a heater. I immediately put it in the fridge but doubtful as to whether it is actually going to work. Surely you can mark it as either needing refrigeration or at least max 25 degrees? Considering the money paid and patient confidentiality issues this is simply not good enough.

Would mark lower if there was an option. They do not review the orders as they say they will. I raised an order 7 days ago. Still sitting in awaiting review. Others have ordered and been approved same day. Seems they only approve new customers. Wanting to get them on their books before the price increase no doubt. Existing customer are ignored. Last communication was it would be 7 days max for the review and 10 days to dispatch. Now the 7 days has arrived and still waiting. They have claimed the funds from my bank and not answering calls or emails. Raised a complaint with no response. Such a same a good company got greedy and ruined their reputation. Complaint in process of being written up to pass to the CQC and pharmacy board to look into this behaviour.
Over a week and still awaiting clinical review for next order of Mounjaro
Ordered my next dose of Mounjaro from them a week ago having been ordering from them for the last 6 months. Order still says 'awaiting clinical review'. Have called and spoken with someone who just said she would escalate my order as urgent. Sent two messages; first received a standard we are experiencing delays reply and the second message, whereby I queried if they actually had the stock to fulfil orders, has gone ignored. Their website encourages people to consider Wegovy in light of the current pre-price increase demand, but when I go to select this option I'm barred from ordering it because my Mounjaro order is pending. So I'm stuck in limbo - Med Express have £200 of my money, the order remains unfulfilled, other pharmacies have stopped taking orders from new customers, my next dose is due Sunday and we are now into a bank holiday weekend. I don't know what to do.
Med Express have handled this current situation appallingly; they are just taking money from their customers and then ignoring them, leaving people without their medication and potentially causing them health difficulties and high levels of stress.

Very poor service. Med Express sell their service with a 'Royal Mail Tracked 24' (i.e. next business day) delivery. I needed some meds asap. I ordered on 12th Aug; MedExpress notified me that they had dispatched on the 17th Aug (5 days later); Royal Mail delivered the item on the 19th Aug, so 7 days since ordering. The 'Royal Mail Tracked 24' delivery service is laughable. If you need meds urgently or asap, do not rely on MedExpress to get them to you, this is not the company for that service despite their assurances and selling angle of 'Royal Mail Tracked 24'.

Very poor service on my last order this week. Apparently delayed dispatch, been waiting 5 days for dispatch, claim label printed today for dispatch still no update. Not sure when my prescription will arrive. Say no supply issues, I suspect delay caused by the news of massive price hikes!
I don't think I will order with them again and will be asking for a refund, which will be declined as they will claim prescription has been done!
