Very disorganized. I bought a package from them a week ago, one day delivery, and still has not arrived. Emails go unanswered as usual for companies like this.

Was great to see a mechanical keyboards website based in the UK. I ordered the gmmk pro as well as switches along with a few mods. They were shipped same day and got them really quickly. On top of this there is a fairly decently sized community on Discord who are willing to help you with any questions you might have. 100% recommend and will shop again.

Finding keyboard components and such can be a little tricky in the UK. However, I can now say that Mechmods is my go to place for any keyboard mods, tools, etc. When I needed to amend a mistake I made in my order, they were quick to reply and fix the issue.

I ordered an item at 3PM. At 3:40PM, it was marked as dispatched. I received the item the next day. I only paid for first class!

There aren't many good options for UK buyers wanting keyboard parts. Other sites have communities that feel a bit more conceited, so it was great to find a store that treats every customer the same way.

Just received my order of items to help customise my keyboard, they even included a brush with one of the items which is needed for its use (I wasn’t aware I’d be getting a brush with it so this is a bonus). Delivery was cheap and very quick with it only being 2 business days and the products themselves are priced cheaper than other competing websites. It’s been difficult to find a website in the uk that covers keyboard customising, I hope that this review is helpful to others in my situation :).
