Terrible service, make a booking and arrive 30minutes late so missed our appointment and no apology. This is not the first fine, so will not use again. The critical element of a taxi is reliability. The drivers are also not the friendly or helpful either. Would not recommend
I booked a wheelchair taxi through Mealings for my father and his carer to attend our son's wedding. Punctuality and reliability were essential and we were not disappointed. This is an extremely professional and experienced company and all drivers seem courteous and helpful. A confirmatory text with full driver details the day before the job was very reassuring. When my father felt unwell and needed an earlier return pick up, the original driver went out of his way to find someone who could take over the job as he was too far away. Would definitely use them again and recommend them very highly.
